Sir , 3 plus 1 is 1.30 cr . Mahnga , Sasta, relative term hai, jaise .... Ameer / gareeb.... Kaun kitna hai .... Compare karna padega.... Builder is good , SBI se loan , wo bhi stilt plus 3 me . Bus itna hee kafee hai , ek aam insaan ke samjhne ke liye . Aap ke points noted hai , i will definitely and sincerely convey to MD of the project. Regards

@@AnotherViewpoint Sir jaise ameer gareeb ko compare karna padega which of course according to you gareeb cannot afford this flat usi tarah experienced and nauseekhiye you tubers uploading videos like these wo bhi compare karna padega. Had you been knowledgeable enough you should have mentioned past projects of the builder. Getting a loan from SBI which you have mentioned is now not a tough task at all. There are many Projects in zirakpur and in New Chandigarh (upcoming projects) which are Stilt + 4 which are giving far off good amenities compares to this Project. Compare kara hota to pata chalta. Problem yahi hai ke sabko ameer banna hai kuch sample flats dikha ke aur builders ki tareef karke without even getting into the facts like: past experience of the builder actual carpet area of the flat (3 or 3+1) actual fittings/items being given in the flat other than sample flat Monthly maintenance Etc etc etc
