aww a fellow gully lover :) . I have a family of them that ive been feeding for 13 yrs now. I first started with a young female of about 3, she become the Mum, as introduced Mr Gully teaching him to come down for food. or Gobby as i call him as hes a right gob shite. Tho to be fair i have a few names for him depending on whether hes being a sod and bully lol. He even tells me off if he catches me feeding the others with a fast repetitive clucking lol. They had babies each yr who some times followed them here, and most move on but Baby Gully and his Sis Little Girly, who is a cute little thing stuck around. Mrs Gully went missing for weeks not long after Baby Gully and Little Girly were born. Mr Gully was going nuts trying to find her, squawking and flying at windows, He must have thought she was inside, they never are tho as my dog gets jealous and is territorial. He eventually turned up with a new bird !! The traitor. After about 6 weeks Mrs Gully reappeared all skinny and with a broken leg :( . She must have been trapped some where but managed to get free, I know call her Ducky ( Lame Ducky) and the new Mrs Gully is just called missus. They all still come daily but when they turn up at the same time all hell breaks loose. Mr Gully is very territorial and often bullies the Missus,. Ducky stands up to Missus and Mr " traitor" Gully despite her gammy leg, Baby Gully had never tried to take the food like this before, he always just waited for the food bowl or fish to go down. They even have there own feeding bowl with pic of Mr Gully and Gully and Family wording on it . I know i know , but they are all my babies lol. Good luck with your channel hun , they are such characters and give hours of comical pleasure. wonderful for healing :)
