Gulberg Islamabad is a project of Intelligence Bureau Employee's Cooperative Housing Society society (IBECHS) There are many housing societies in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, But the beautiful location of GulbergIslamabad is as beautiful as Islamabad .

B-17 (Urdu: حلقہ ب ۱۷) is a sector of Islamabad, Pakistan.,[1] developed by Multi-Professional Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS). The sector is bounded on the east by N-5 National Highway (locally known at Grand Trunk Road) and with the M-1 motorway to the west. B-17 is a newly developing sector located in Zone II of Islamabad Capital Territory. CDA approved and issued no objection certification (NOC) to MPCHS for sector B-17 on 30 January 2008,[2] besides NOC was issued by Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) for construction of schools in the society.[3]

Are you comparing Gulberg Green farm house with B-17 or Gulberg Residencia? Distance of Green is 12 KM but distance of Residencia is 19 KM. Do not mix farm houses with Residencia. People are crying to get their plots in Residencia, What is the point if someone bought the plot for making house and in his life time, he could not get possession ? Regarding commercial hub, Zone-2 is future Islamabad, After construction of Margalla avenue, B-17 will be more accessible to main Islamabad then Gulberg. B-17 has access to 3 main roads, GT Road, Moterway, and Margalla avenue. Gulberg has only one, Expressway

Gulbarg residential plot (10marla or below) is so far from express way accept forms houses thats why the current poppulation is very slow, and there is no gass

Gulberg residencia 9 to 10 km distance from main highway. So zero point 12+ 10km =22km

B17 has no pipe line water and under ground water 300 ft boring in future it will b big issue of water

Went to both societies my father is doing the construction work of one of the farmhouse in Gulberg and in B17 we bought a plot because of the facilities they are providing and 3 big project's are under construction 1. Margalla road access problem is solved 2. J7 Emporium mall 3. G Block 4. went there few weeks ago GT road is also under construction so B17 is far better than Gulberg in term building your own house or for investment and one more thing Gulberg has very less population and the distance u told is not 12km u have to travel quite a long distance inside the society as well to reach out to the residential plots which u didn't mentioned Gas problem is also there as well.....
B17 is good but the problem is they r charging 1000 rs per month for not starting construction in plots in blocks A and B. Rs 3000 per year apart from that as membership fee.
There is no comparison between B-17 vs Gulberg because B-17 has been now a brand due to its development, delivery, atmosphere, facilities commercials and now upcoming margallah road that will made B-17 economic zone of Islamabad . Your caparison is just based on liking and disliking .Why you did not give points to B-17 due to nearest Access of motorway, Airport, Under construction margallah road and gas facility . Your caparison is not based on justice. Kindly include above-mentioned positive points in B-17 and then announced result.

Gulberg me 45 lac ka plot lia tha 10 months phlay ab 1.30 crore ka hai... Gulberg baap hai societies ka..... Bahria ko bhi peechay chor diaa

Why you choose this topic? The only issue is you receive money from Gulberg Investors. Her time aap ko moqa chahiay B-17 to degrade karne ka. People are not accepting your ideology.
I u call me i will tell about the biggest corruption scandal in B17 ever in real estate history very very big. The you tube reviewers & society management should together stop such high level corruption

Wrong analysis. You should clearly say Gulberg residencia and they just sale plots to innocent people and they don't develop plots. Litigation issues. No development in main blocks for many years. Go and see A and B blocks. B17 is much better because they developed all blocks and gave possessions.

Extremely biased review based on either limited knowledge or intentional dishonesty. Here is the actual review: 1. Distance Gulberg Residencia is actually far away from zero point that what is actually told in the video: 25 km. B-17 is expected to benefit from the Margalla Avenue which is currently under construction. That is why you can see so much interest from investors in B 17. 2. Water Issues and Security Gulberg has serious water scarcity issues with tankers being the norm to meet water needs for day to day use. The Security is a major issue and is almost absent. 3. Malls and Commercial hubs No shopping mall currently in Gulberg while in B 17 Red Sun has an operational mall. Commercial hubs with B17 are far more developed. 4. Development Gulberg Residencia looks like a village. Very poor and slow development.
