more or less it was to show the duality in them i think,at first the assassins and aba all looks somewhat soft and gentle like the beginning of the theme (somewhat) but when they fight it shift to the fierce the i'll kill you side like their theme

I like how the key's portrait appears in balzblue CF (and maybe previous iterations too) lobbies as "The god of fighting" wallpaper decoration

There are times when GG feels like it's a dumping ground for characters that their creators aren't confident in as leads of their own hypothetical franchises, duct taped together as well as they can manage for the GG setting ABA is like the epitome of that to me

Yeah that's a pretty good description of the flavor of GG characters, though I feel after accent core, the character design has gone downhill and become a middle schooler's notebook. Bedman, tits girl, tits girl mk2, etc.

Yeah, I miss her too... Daisuke said that he’d like to include all classic characters, but it cost so much to make characters, and there are so many old characters. He said Robo-Ky would be next, and since I main him, I’m quite happy with that. A.B.A. is definitely my #2 pick though.Fingers crossed!
