Thank you! I've been keeping the hinged perfume boxes, and drawer-style boxes, and using an exacto to cut out the glued in guts. That is harder than it sounds! If it will make it less brand-y, I also cover the logos with washi tape. I even cut mouilletes from the style of packaging that's just light cardboard with folded paperboard to cushion the bottle. I buy testers when i can which is mainly financial, but also because of the waste. It super bothers me that the goued in guts are not more easily removable! My only Bond No 9 had a lovely white box with gold stamped logo which now holds my Xerjoff and Byredo samples. Thanks too for the perfume info and brand policies. I don't currently have favorites of responsible brands, but i look forward to seeing others comment theirs.

It does! I see a lot of fragrance brands being "inspired" by the Byredo aesthetic! I can't say I blame them though 🙈😆

Thank you for talking about sustainability! I would love to see a video on fragrance brands that sustainably source ingredients. Unsustainable harvesting of natural ingredients is a huge issue and really bad for ecosystems.

Yes toxin free and cruelty free would be great I’ve found a couple

I'm glad you enjoyed! I think it's so important for brands to be more responsible on all levels. I'll be doing more videos similar to this with various focuses (cruelty free, sustainably sourced ingredients, etc)

Agree 100! The only time fancy boxes make sense is when you’re a collector and the boxes make it easier to stack and keep out of light, but then you’re not throwing them away
