It is a very anticipated project that del toro has been working on for almost 2 decades now (maybe more?) but the movie was supposed be released in 2013/14… thé fact that this director is working on a claymation movie is pretty exciting nonetheless. I am hyped 🤩🤩 regardless of the story he chose

@Is Swampus perhaps it has a deeper meaning to him. The movie is based off of a book adaptation by the author Gris Grimly. I am a fan of the art style so that’s probably why some people, including myself, are so giddy about this.
