I hate Cody so, so, sooo much.... He breaks his own physics during fights by crossing his arms in ways that aren't possible if they were chained together... I'm no big fan of Guile either, but in this context I will gladly watch him stomp the ghost out of Cody any day...

Your complain is based on the fact that he shouldn't be able to do most things he does with his wrists chained up. But in this particular installment, Cody's base skin doesn't have chains on his wrists. So pipe it down.
