Yes that was before the nerfs. We never used alac on tempest, but we used it on scourge,

Currently not sharing the Firebrand build, I'm still thinking of changing things within the build soon.

Curious what role the spectre plays? Healer? Dps?

Our Specter is a Support Specter. (If we didn't have a Harbinger, he'd be our source of quickness), but we have a harbinger, so quickness is not his primary role.. We use Specter for big barrier spam, a little bit of extra boons, and of course stealth. We do stealth bomb at times.
