Guardian if you want to be OP. Revenant if you want to feel OP. Warrior if you want to be OP but still be able to complain your class is underpowered. :)

I'd say revenant is not on a great spot right now(instanced content wise)...renegade isn't in a very good state outside of condi DPS, compared with other classes and vindicator...a bit useless when you have herald being a better power DPS and a better support

The correct Answer is always guardian when it comes to the heavy classes. There's NO WAY you go wrong with picking guardian.

Firebrand is the only OP in instanced. DH and WB needs a highly skilled player in Raids and Strikes.

Great video! Very informative, and it's nice to hear that you and your wife play games together.

Rev is one of those classes that is very balanced but when played correctly seems completely unbalanced. Especially in competitive game modes. Rev for life.

Yeah, Rev has a higher ceiling and it feels amazing when you get the rhythm down.

warrior is the class I play the most, but I always end up dead just like the video xd I still haven't found a build I like so I play full damage. excellent video.

Bladesworn can be pretty tanky even in Berserker/Assassin gear if you trait correctly. Try the Lord Hizen builds if you like soloing (which is mostly what I do)

My main is guardian but I really enjoy warrior. I do not like rev.

Renegade is my main and when almost every one use condi build i prefere power based sword/sword build Maybe it have a bit less sustain but is still super fun to play

Hey if it works it works! I have a ton of fun playing mirage as a power build with crazy CC and tons of survivability :)

PVE: AVOID THIEF AND WARRIOR ! That's all I really suggest. I am an altaholic and I have tried, geared them all. Discovering the game as a beginner with those 2 classes (whatever your build) it's awful. Engineer, Ranger, Necro and Guardian are super fun, elem and revenant too are interesting but thief is a meme class and warrior is bad cause you have to jump and hit to really have the boons/perks of it

They gutted SB in team PvP and now I'm forced to play BS because i'd get flamed if I don't That being said. Guardian is probably the best choice since it can do every content. Revenant is still my choice for all content because of its robust play and complexity.

Source" Me coming back to the game 3 years ago and having literally everything after level 80 to do. I have a Skyscale now and have barely even done group content like raiding and Fractals. I am still rank 1 in PvP and have only dabbled in WvW. There is a lot to do in this game if you haven't been living patch-to-patch for content since the 2010s.

Warrior was fine with Berserker and then it got two more DPS specs: the boring one and weeb shit... Warrior used to be my favorite class...

Ffxivs success has made western mmos realize that they can capitalize on the weeb market. (Bladesworn is a blatant copy of xiv samurai and gun breaker lol) the future is now western mmo fans and it’s looking more and more anime

The addition of staff on soto will open up a lot of new play for Warrior. Finally turning Spell breaker into what it is supposed to be, a boo stripping supportive frontliner.
