Do you recommend staff for solo gameplay? It doesn't feel as good as dagger/shield, but maybe it's just me

Sure staff is fun if you're just messing around. its like an omni weapon it functions like 2 handed weapon, blocks like a shield, has boons like axe and cc on it. But its lacking dps so if you want dmg I'd suggest Axe/pistol (Requires EoD / End of Dragons) or Axe/axe for PvE
