Happy 2022! I've created this meditation to help give you a way to connect with your Spirit Guides and Angels so that you can receive guidance for 2022.
During the meditation, it will start with a waterfall of light energy cleanse to help you release any negative energy. You will then be guided to a beautiful beach house where Archangel Michael will oversee a meeting by creating a sacred space for your angels and guides to visit and communicate. During the meeting, there will be an opportunity for three different angels or guides to step forward and bring you guidance, inspiration and messages. You will also have the chance to ask them any questions you have about any area of your life.
The meditation includes calming music that contains delta frequencies which can help you to reach a very deep state of meditation.
It’s advised that you use a notebook and pen, so that after the meditation you can record any messages that you’ve received. It’s also a good idea to do this meditation on a regular basis, as a way for you to check in with your spirit team and receive their love and support. They are there waiting for you to connect!
