Timing is.....truly....devine...as I awake at 222 at night....the ice queen....leave me be....as I take my energy back, set me free...

I feel like I was already shifting and it felt like this meditation just fully boosted me forward like a rocket:D I felt my reality filter (what I look for and see in the world) change. I started feeling powerful alignment energy when I just found this meditation and I hung out with myself for a couple of hours before listening to it. In those 2 hours I started channeling for the first time. I recorded my voice as these messages felt so true and meaningful to me. It was from little things I can improve in my days to new more natural ways of moving my body when awake. I also connected to my future self, it felt so good and I truly felt the connection both ways once I established mine. Then I listened to this meditation before bed. I felt that I was in a shift already and was so happy to have something so high-vibrational to anchor in this new state when surrendering into sleep. I woke up in a new reality and have been here ever since. 3 days so far. In essence: I am consciously aligning with my truth and my highest potentiality in each and every waking moment. I am allowing emotions to come and move past me and this allows me to stay whole. When a wave of emotion passes I continue to choose what is in my highest good, honoring the emotion for appearing and bringing a message. light and love 🌸

To whoever's reading this you can do anything you set your mind too and you’ve only failed when you decide to stop trying. I fell asleep while listening to this and continued the meditation in a dream. Heather was sitting in front of me in this beautiful garden guiding me through the meditation. The energy was so strong and so powerful. Thank you Heather ☀️❤✨

Half way through this I bust into tears, and it makes me so happy to know that I am able to release all of the things that hold me back as a human and am able to come to terms with them in the 5d and other dimensions. Every day we get better. Thank you heather you are a blessing to us all

PERFECT TIMING

I kept seeing Heather’s cord clearing meditation come up so I decided to do it too, and boy has it been a shift! The first night I listened I came to it thinking I would focus on a past partner that was abusive to me and clear that, but actually what came up was my relationship with my dad and clearing that! Then the next day I found out my parents were having a problem and he left the house for one night. That definitely brought up so many emotions for me. I listened to the meditation again the next night and I felt what came up was clearing any connection to toxicity and I had terrible dreams that night. When I woke up I felt so much relief for being alive in the reality I am. I felt that I really worked through something during that dream cycle. And many emotions came up that day which I did my best to surrender to. Also several situations happened today where I would have reacted before with a negative toxic energy to others but instead I rethought my reactions and chose differently. Even though I felt the negative toxic energy from others I chose not to amplify it myself and just chose my peace. I love that I’m having very real tangible experiences and results! I will be listening again and again. Thank you Heather ♥️

I was guided by spirit to do this meditation I had already done a lot of shadow work and inner work thinking that these cord were released and always felt attached somehow. I put everything down on paper, which I hadn’t done before and that just brought the true intention to light. Really helped me see the pain I was unconsciously holding onto and what energetic portals they were attached too. Wowwww I’m sitting outside listening to this this this morning and it’s cloudy but not windy. Then when you start talking about the wind the wind picks up a little for the same amount of time your taking about the healing properties of the wind… it dies down and is calm again. then at the end-the sun peaks out for just a moment I open my eyes briefly and confirm and am reminded I’m divinely guided.
