Back in the early 60’s my dad and Mom took me and my cousin Lesley camping up there. The air smelled so good and clean, the ocean breeze was amazing and the Redwoods were so beautiful, we camped on the beach at a. place called Dad’s campgrounds that native American’s owned! There was a teenager that was singing around a campfire at night, his name is Glen Camble that’s before he became famous, it was amazing 🎶

I've been combing KZread for years in search of a channel as helpful and informative as yours! The organization of info is much appreciated. Also, pairing the video footage with it's location on the park map is visual-learner heaven.

Thanks, glad it was helpful! We really wanted to make the videos informative, what we were looking for when planning our own trip. As a fellow visual learner, seeing the location helps me so much too :)

You’re very close to the spectacular coast of Southern Oregon. The first 18 miles stop at every stop, there are some stunning views. Cape Ferrelo is one of the best, as is the other mountain to the South, with Indian Sands between you. Cost Ferrelo trail splits, take the right trail, and right side trail out to the end of Cape Ferrelo, Oregon. Don’t miss the lookout to Natural Bridge, it’s spectacular, and not far from where you park.
