missing a few important things regarding locket + dagger as well as DT. if you equip locket, dagger, and any soul except dt the slash will gain an additional effect based on the soul at the cost of slightly more tp usage. these effects are: kindness - hitting ur teammates heals them w slash a bit, hitting sans heals you a bit. justice - faster windup, faster slash bravery - 1.5x higher dmg perserverance- hitting ur tammates gives them 2s of s, hitting sans gives you 5s of s. integrity - hiting ur teammates gives them some statmina, hitting sans regens ur statminaf ully patience - hitting sans stuns him and slows him down as for DT it has been confirmed by devs to be getting a combo soon. also DT does not cause you to take double damage. that description of the soul is outdated. what it should say is respawn with 3/10 hp and take normal damage.

I use Perseverance, Apron and Toy Knife. I like I-frames, and active gameplay, so I use Toy Knife for special attack, and apron for more safety

I used to not know how to use any souls, but after this video, I understand comepletely. It's like watching ricky morty

i am not sure about this but kindness combo seems to not provide any buffs (maybe with patience and perseverance too). So its the best choice to use apron + kindness + any weapons if you've chosen kindness as your first soul as they work very good (example: hitting sans heals you but with kindness it heals more, this makes it really good and overall all-rounded as you can just use any weapons that suit you most)

I kinda disagree with the integrity one tbh💁‍♀️ Sure yeah integrity does kinda put stamina in first part and is kinda useless for armor out of others, but the weapon is pretty good out of all of many weapons, the damage is high, the charge is not long, the special attack can track sans(and also regen teamates stamina)😅. Overall integrity is more like LESS useful but not completely NOT useful😄.(is pretty good for rushing)

hoping that eventually using dt + locket + dagger turns it into "real knife"

its confirmed dt is getting a combo with those weapons, but we just don’t know what it will be. a real knife is an admin weapon tho so it’ll most likely be added in .

I really think, if they give determination anything.. when you enter your second life, along with taking double damage.. you get initial revive I frames, your movement speed should go down a bit, the dagger should transform into the “True Knife”, and at the cost of permanently disabling your special attack.. it should allow you to send slower traveling waves at a decreased standard melee speed. Considering all the other souls offer different benefits to the dagger, and determination does nothing otherwise than give you a revive(which kindness alone would probably offer more benefit with the locket longevity wise), AND you take double damage after a timer which Sans could be refreshing his cooldowns, making the knife do slashes would not only be satisfying.. but offer a whole different aspect of utility without being too powerful. Since you’ll move slower on revive, you’ll use more stamina trying to dodge attacks to avoid double damage. You’ll be a target since you’re doing ranged attacks, and considering you get no bonus utility before you actually revive.. it’s a decently fair trade off. Instead of getting more overall leverage like most souls give in their own way, Determination would lie in wait. They’d know you have it since the special attack slash would be red before you die(maybe a brighter hue), but though you come back with a shiny new attack strategy.. you’d still be gambling resourcefulness all game for a strong late game, that could immediately be cut short by a player who understands your weaknesses.
