Exactly. They should have got quite a few awards by now. There is something happening within the industry akin to sabotage and rigging against any groups that truly break the formulaic boring and generic kpop mould. It's just sad to know that it seems south korean fans don't recognize or any less care for true talent. They just like being served the same old shit over and over again, just dressed up differently to dull and seplant the mass demand. F(X), Sonamoo, Dreamcatcher just to name a few who have or are attempting to be buried by the powers at be within the industry. Such a shame that money governs all and all talent is subjected to it. Dreamcatcher truly are no cash cow for the korean fat cats in power, and will always stand apart from the generic heard that currently fills the kpop scene with the ununique trash most scramble for.

I don't want to sound like a conspiracy theorist but it looked to me that evasive win is so hard to achieve because they are in a small company and there may be "politics" in the KPop industry that is keeping these small groups from getting big, like cutting of their show appearance, manipulations, etc.

As a Somnia right from their redebut as Dreamcatcher, EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. THEIR. RELEASED. COMEBACKS. ARE. WORLDCLASS. BOPS. There wasn't even a single song of theirs that I dislike (from Chase Me up to Deja Vu, these girls NEVER disappoint). Robbing them of their multiple almost first wins is utterly unforgivable. I have kept silent all this time, but now I've finally shed a tear for them. These girls deserve so much more. They are a complete package, and definitely one of the groups who deserve to stand and perform on numerous awards shows. After that The Show incident, I had enough. This needs to be stopped. It was so close yet something is not letting them getting the number 1 on the music shows. It is the media controlling these staffs. They are bias to let certain group to win because of backstage deal. The big scandals did showed many deals done illegally. It was hard to watch this video.

Seeing them be so mistreated by the kpop industry gets me so mad. These girls deserve the world. Jiu has got to be one of the best leaders I've ever seen. To see someone like her who is so amazing and wholesome working so hard for the members and the fans makes me so appreciative. She really is the whole package. She would have dominated all of SK if she was from the Big 3.

I feel sad for Dreamcatcher - super talented group, both vocals and choreo. You can compare them as the female Vixx or the dark GFriend (but they are their own group). Sadly because they have that Jrock sound, they just don't get the same attention in Korea that they do internationally (the same problem that KARD has). While their albums sell decently, they can't get any singles on the Korean charts. Still amazed that neither Piri nor Deja Vu (that last mv better get consideration for MV of the year) got them their first win or even break into the top 80 on Gaon (heck, Piri and What both hit top 15 in Japan). It's just unfair

jiu is such a strong leader to have pulled the girls through such hard times, receiving little recognition, but always providing content for us through their covers, youtube vlogs, dance videos, etc. they really work so hard even though they don’t show it, with their difficult choreography and coming from a small company, they have to work even harder to get where other groups are. these girls deserve so much. and still, they’re SO appreciative of every fan, so sweet and they treat us like family. i don’t really know another group who has such intimate interactions with their fans. we need to work harder for them. i don’t usually “stream” or vote but i do for dreamcatcher. we see your hard work and efforts dreamcatcher! dreamcatcher fighting!!

Dammit, are you _trying_ to make me cry..? I've been with DC for a little under 18 months; I'm new to K-pop generally, but found them not long after You & I dropped (though it was Fly High that showed up in my recs and hooked me). I fell in love pretty much immediately, and it breaks my heart seeing them passed over time and time again, when they have _so_ much talent and drive and heart. I can't be home when the Show airs on Tuesday (darned work), but I when I get back, I want to see those girls crying tears of _joy_ this time...

Honestly watching all those were hard because those who did win was their first win since debut. WJSN debuted 2016, CLC in 2015 all 3 groups have been waiting for their moment and only one can come out on top. This just proves to show how hard the industry is with multiple groups debuting and hoping for wins as it ensures a part of their success.

6 years without a win... damn korean music shows have no taste

I want to say something I noticed just based on this video and is only my opinion. I found Dreamcatcher during the Piri CB, which I thought was incredible. Then I listened to all their other music and couldn't believe they did not have a win yet. Their songs are unbelievable catchy and well done, their voices are beautiful and their dances are beyond anything I've ever seen by another girl group. I love that I don't have to constantly watch cutesy performances. They have fierce/strong performances. I believe they are fierce and strong women. After watching their hardships, this reminds me a lot of a hardships video made for BTS. It gives me hope that soon, Dreamcatcher will have their success soon. Please don't take this the wrong way. I know nothing about Dreamcatcher's company, but I know they aren't one of the "big 3." I've seen videos of BTS working and Dreamcatcher seems to have the same work ethic. The only reason I am making the comparison is, I want to spread hope that they will be successful soon. Maybe they need to find a formula for reaching k-pop fans outside Korea and try an international fanbase? I don't want to step on toes and make people angry, I just want more Dreamcatcher.

It always breaks my heart whenever I see them cry.. If I have the power to protect them at all cause in any harm I would do that in a heartbeat.. I wont hesitate to do anything juat to see them happy and there beautiful smiles.. This girls deserve everything in this world but the world keeps on ignoring them and that makes me so mad.. They are super talented, beautiful and nice girls.. Why can't they see it?? Even a blind person would love them.. You just wait we Insomnia's will do our very best for the girls to get there 1st win and the recognition that they deserve and you can't ignore them forever.. We will protect them, love them and cherish them.at all cost.. This girls deserve everything..

This video needs to go viral..... All 7 girls, especially the former MINX members, have fought hard for the recognition they deserve, but why do Koreans sleep on them and hate them? Just because they have a concept and musical style that is totally different from the rest of the industry. If this had been the west, they would have made it so big, but no. This is Korea. We need to keep on fighting, Somnias. Little by little, the support for our 7 Dreamers are rising. As IZ*ONE sang in their song As I Dream, "The steps we’re taking together , we’ll never halt". If they get their first win with boca or when they get there first win PLEASE make an updated version of this video. We have had so much growth in the fandom since deja vu and scream. What hfe does with dc comebacks is very smart yet stupid at the same time. Dc are always coming back when a lot of big groups are coming back so when fans of those groups are waiting to see there faves, they end up seeing dc along the way. This way it brings in a lot of new fans but it also stops us from getting a first win. If scream had been released in may or April they would have already gotten their first win but they would have not had as many fans from scream. Hopefully we can get a first win from boca!!!!

At first I was sad seeing this video, but now I'm furious. I know that their music is not for everyone, but they really need to be recognized for their talent. Creating and composing songs in DC style are very complicated. I used to make music and bands such as Epica and Nightwish are my favorite, so when I found DC I was very excited to hear everything they have to offer. But seeing them getting treated like this is just insane, I truly wish they get their first win already.

Let me be honest here, as person that listen to slipknot, nightwish, suicide silence, shadow of intent, acrania, and any that death brutal blablabla bands i really said that no hate here kpop song is not really my thing, BUT Dreamcatcher has their spot in my heart. I love these girls so much, really. 🤗

Oh my God. This video make me cry because they work hard and imagine releasing 4 album in a year is quite tiring. And remember this date, 20 April 2022 is the day when the their work hard finally paid off. Not just because of Dreamcatcher but also Insomnias that always support them. thoughts: i don't know everything about _dreamcatcher_ but i know enough to say that they are a fantastic girl group. and with "fantastic" i mean: these girls are endearing, hilarious, responsible, grown up but childish at the same time, diligent, genuine and pure. *their character traits should become the benchmark in kpop.* yes, their music is not everyones taste but they are great dancers and awesome singers. they are truly unique. and precious. they deserve sooo much more. and of course every single one of them is stunningly beautiful. related to _the show:_ i do not like _the show._ unfortunately it's just a cheap and emotionless copy of some other good tv / award shows. and for their videos: sloppy editing and unprofessional, hectic camera work and poor work on the camera mixing desk. furthermore, i know that korean shows are highly scripted (and extremely edited for non-live shows) but this bored and contrived fuss jumps so obviously straight in your face. just a little more effort and they could easily put together a relatively decent show. whoever feels offended now: i'm sorry, but that's my factual and friendly opinion. and whoever wants to insult me now: if you absolutely have to.....

Watching this after another absolute debacle by SBS really hurt a lot. I hate seeing them sad so much because we all know they deserve everything they dream of and work for. I knew this group for a moment, but I started digging really into it only recently (shortly before Déjà Vu) , I really like this group, their discography is so cool and it deserves so much more than a 1st win. I was shocked when I saw they didn't get any 1st win. These group have a very cool and epic rock vibe, very cool side tracks, well producted MV, this is so so sad to see they didn't get half the recognition they deserves ! Everytime i watch dreamcatcher struggles, i wish that they all are part of my country girl group. I believe they will be more and more recognize. Such a talent, sigh. It's a shame that their own country don't even know who dreamcatcher is. what i mean is at least they heard who dreamcatcher is. I watch every interview, variety show, etc. Even though dreamcatcher appeard on the show, the show itself didn't help promoting dreamcatcher. i feel sad for them.

I am not a Kpop fan in the first place. Dreamcatcher is the first group I really listened to and liked. Um, I personally don't mind if they don't win. I mean, I would like for them to win since they've been working so hard and they definitely deserve it... but, I don't mind. I feel like it just makes them more special. It's like... Dreamcatcher is a hidden gem.

It is sad that Dreamcatcher have only 6 members for now because Handong got stuck in China due to the stupid Idol Producer show and then later she got eliminated from the show. That show reminds me of korean version voting rigged show Produce 101 series. I hope Dreamcatcher stay safe and stay healthy along woth Handong. I hope they stay in touch with Handong in China.
