Dear Rick, what you are saying is absolutely correct. i can relate to your experiences. but the problem with me, the warning signs come after the deed had taken place. i have had three experiences, one occasion, my car was parked outside, and i went to sleep, waking up the Holy Spirit told me to go to my car, it didn't make sense to me, but He told me three times to go to my car, only to find my car was stolen. Another incident was when my house got burgled. When driving back home from work, i wasn't gonna go home straight but the Holy Spirit told me to go, i obeyed and when i arrived home, i found my house burgled, same with another experience. i just want to know, why am i getting a message afterwards, and not before the act? Please help me!

Tshegofatso Tsheole maybe because you don’t claim the verse that says He goes before us and makes the crooked places straight and possibly you neglect the part about praying in the Holy Spirit because we know not how to pray as we ought.

Been there. The trick is in quiet listening. it takes training , a calm mind, and a keen sense to pick up on it. Practice listening carefully. and learn to distinguish between your own will and this leading. master it.

Why wasn’t the associate hear the same voice?

I have a question concerning this teaching. There is a scripture that says He goes before us and makes the crooked places straight and another that says He can do super abundantly far above all we can ask or think. And another that says my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Another that says we do not know how to pray as we need.

So whats the question?

I have an honest question concerning this teaching. There are a number of verses that come to mind while I listened to it because I’ve heard this kind of teaching before. First the Bible says to study to show thyself approved and the one that says about the Holy Spirit helps us pray because we don’t know how to pray as we ought. Then there is the one that My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge and because we didn’t listen when He told us what to do. The hen the one that says He can do super abundantly far above all we can ask or think. And then nothing shall be impossible to them that believe. And the last one that says He goes before us and makes the crooked places straight. So my question is this at the time that this happened to you in Chicago did you know about the verse that says He goes before us and makes the crooked places straight and the one about Holy Spirit helps our infirmities because we know not how to pray as we ought? And do you suppose that if you had spent time praying in the HS that He could have or would have given you a plan to take your valuables with you or anything else so that you together with the HS foiled the plans of the thief, and I know this is a really big faith move super abundantly far above all, could you have prayed by the help of HS for “mercy and help in time of need“ for the Sir Lankaians by spending time praying in the Spirit? While I’m all in for letting the Holy Spirit lead us can there be and should we all be more attuned to the needs of others because we have died and our lives hidden in Christ so as to be looking for more than our own good times and vacations. I do believe God likes us to have nice things but what if they aren’t suppose to be the focal point.

I really love this, but I wish that the Pentecostal Parrot that says Amen every few seconds would shut up, she really distracts from what is being said
