1:25 Tip! To know if the present spawned when u added the books, cookies, or ornaments, there will be a little indication above that says “A secret present as spawned at the festive tree!” For example like when u unlock add or fix something it has a little indication that says user has unlocked put or fixed something etc. keep in mind it say’s it as soon as you add the cookie book or ornament so keep that in mind! (Hope this helped!)

No, it can spawn if the door is closed. To get it you need to get inside the room and walk into it!
