Every Airbnb that I rented in Cartagena in the walled city and also at boca was guest Friendly. It says in the Airbnb app if it is guest friendly. Here is a good tip, the palmetto High-rise is safe and guest friendly, but you will need to give the security guard some cash for a wrist band for your guest.

@@CulturedUnplugged I attempted to check out the policies and they say they are not allowing guests into Barlovento. I guess they clamped down due to the Decree 003 ordered by the new mayor.
