Thanks for another great video Cole and Brian. It was interesting and enjoyable. Wow. Busy busy week getting ready For the snow storm coming. Hopefully it will not be too bad for you. Nice job Cole getting the caving barns cleared out and new bedding put in and manure hauled away. Wow. Busy time doing all of that. Yes I have heard that tractors need gas to run. Hard to get them started when you run them out of gas. Assuming you got it going after fixing the gas bleeder. Or filling up the gas filters. I have done that myself. Oh boy. Hopefully you got it all running and taken care of. Thanks for showing human nature and handling it with respect. Good show. Calf’s are coming pretty fast right now. Wow. Nice work pulling that calf Cole. You did a good job and calf is doing well so far. Good idea to unload some corn for feed in the bunkers before the snow storm. Lots to do getting ready for bad weather. That field that was rough from the cows being in it sure leveled out by running the tillage machine over it. Nice work. You and dad have had busy times getting ready for the winter weather and getting normal things done ahead of time. Thanks for everything Sonne’s. You two are a great team!!!!!!!!!!! Take care and be safe. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.

Herefords are named after the place they come from in the UK. It is correctly pronounced (phonetically) Hair-ra-fud. Saying that we don't say it that way would be as ridiculous as me saying their farm is in Sth Dack-o-tar (with the emphasis in Dack on a short sounding A)

Hi Cole! Thanks for the videos! I enjoy them all! You guys run a top notch operation down there! Have you guys ever tried using wonder dust instead of iodine for navel dip on your calves? We used iodine up till now as well but my wife and I attended the Graham School of Livestock in Garnett Kansas last fall and they taught us to use a product called Wonder dust instead. We’re about half way through calving up here in Manitoba now and so far I’ve been very impressed with it! It’s way less messy than iodine and it seems to dry down the umbilical cord really fast after you apply it! Anyway just figured I’d mention it in case you’d be interested! 🤠 Have a nice day!
