Always enjoy these. One feedback that I also had for the previous video was I wish we knew their stories and how the non-Filipinos learned Tagalog/Bisaya. I have a feeling some were missionaries (which seems to be the case most of the time) but it’s always interesting to know the story. It’s so impressive to learn a non-European language, especially Tagalog, and ESPECIALLY Bisaya (being a regional language with not that many resources to learn) so kudos to them gikan sa kining FilAm Bisdak! 🇵🇭

True that! I was impressed by them all. Actually Cebuano (Bisaya) is the most spoken Language Regionally - being spoken in the Central Visayas and in the Mindanao. And actually alot of Workers from the Visayas and Mindanao are in Luzon too. So yeh Regionally Cebuano (Bisaya) is Most regionally spoken Language. Cheers

yes! I was right. even her english has textbook filipino-english accent. it was a dead giveaway. filams wouldn't speak like that.

I closed my eyes during their introductions and I guessed it right who was Filipino but I was almost fooled by the last guy because how he talked sounded like a local tagalog accent. The Bisaya guy sounds okay but it lacks that certain crunchiness when speaking.

My lola told me the same thing as a kid. I ended up capping out at 5'3 BUT it might have still worked kasi Im the tallest woman in my family 😅

You should do this again but with a Fil-Am or someone who grew up in the US and not someone who grew up in the Philippines. The accent is just distinguishable.
