I'm sorry to hear about your food anxiety. I have PTSD and I'm currently in therapy, so I understand to a point. I was bullied for being overweight and I didn't want to eat in front of anyone anymore. I eventually accepted my weight and am on a path to losing weight but it's super hard. I hope you overcome your food anxiety, Nicole. We need devious punishments.

Oh my god! I’m Peruvian and when I was in school lots of my friends asked me if the Peruvian Puff Pepper was real because of Drake and Josh. Brings back so much memories of that episode.

Nicole!!! I know exactly how you feel, I have so many health issues, I cannot eat as much as I used to. I think it may be a fun episode for you to share some of your favorite recipes with the team members as try to eat or try not to eat. thank you for opening up about mental health. I recently have gone to a psychiatrist and one issue I talk about is my weight because my body wants to hold on to every carb and at same time I cannot eat a ton of stuff without feeling lousy or getting sick in one way or another. it's so frustrating to find diets that work as well. seeking a dietician can take months. I enjoy these videos. I enjoy the team and the random shows and food. it looks delicious and some look horrifying but they are all goofy and fun to watch and down to earth. :) this channel definitely is amazing.

You should do some show with foods from Lizzie McGuire, That's so Raven, Sister Sister, etc.
