But Northern and almost middle part of Iran historically belong to Azerbaijan, as a prove we can show about 30-40 million Azerbaijanis living on the Northern Iran, that is Southern Azerbaijan. 93% of muslim population in Azerbaijan? That is how most people would identify or go by, however, in reality the number of people who actually practices Islam is way less than maybe 30-40%. In fact, Azerbaijan is very welcoming country in terms of religions. People simply would not care what religion you practice.

But Indonesia is not Muslim country, they're secular country like turkiye is. I'm from Malaysia, before British brought in chinese and Indian, muslim population in malay peninsular is 99%. There's 3 reason why British brought chinese and Indian to malay peninsular 1) to get cheap labour 2) to weakening sultan workforce (only malay works under sultan) 3) in future, they can use chinese and Indian to weakening syariah law. And its already happen after independence 4) they pick malay leader Who have secular liberal views to win the votes and rule the country What British did, they give free land to chinese and Indian Who willing to works under British without sultan permission, meanwhile native (malay) are told by British to stay as farmers. This happened from 1880 to 1957, only the last few years that there's a historian that willing to tell the truth about our own history which most has been buried by British.

Don't forget peranakan culture is not that young as we thought. I hope you know other races r not the reason to blame for this issue, I don't think you r that kind of person, but I know till now there're many people treat Indian and Chinese people as intruder and secondary nation, but some "Malay" ancestors not from here too, they're Javanese, Bugis, Acheh, Minangkabau and others different ethics, true 100%native r Malay from west to southwestern coast, southern Siam, negrito and other orang asli clans, which now some considered as malay in Malaysia, Malay is a big concept of people living this region, but there r also an ethnic called Malay and kedah tua the oldest country builded in this penisula was hindu malay kingdom and a Chinese monk visited here, that why textbook written including to i-tshing record kedah called ketaha, After that was sirivijaya period from palembang which was Buddhism, only till 12th century kedah sultanate was founded, and first ever record chinese (han etnic)arrived was in 7th century during Tang's dynasty, first Indian arrives that would be super early, with providence latest first arrival of Indian will be during langkasuka's period in 2nd century .

@aksanymph Are you really the Bengali girl from the video because your profile picture says otherwise 🤔 Yes I was a bit confused why you said 80% because Bangladesh is a Muslim country with about 90%+ Muslims and also Bengalis are extremely diverse. I can tell who is Bengali by the way the speak English because of their accent especially those who are not fluent at English, it’s very distinct and they say their v’s with their b’s and w’s with their h’s for example video would be bideo and where would be huwhere and school would be oschool lol I know it’s very weird

Btw I’m from Syhlet and my language is similar and yet different to other regions in Bangladesh. Look at the data for Islam in Indonesia in 1999 it was still 95% and in 2022 it was 87% then in 2023 it decreased to 86%, that's the latest data, there's no data for 2024 yet. most likely it will decrease to 85%, maybe even worse, Indonesian Muslims will become atheists or agnostics, Christians will grow, Buddhism will be threatened with extinction, Islam will be considered irrelevant

South east asian muslim is the only ones that wear hijab correctly. they're also the best muslim countries to visit cause of the peaceful region. they don't fit the typical stereotype, strong sunni faith, polite asian culture. and remember, they became muslim without being conquered through bloodshed. they accept the religion peacefully through trades. the Malay people are destined to be muslim ❤
