Once upon a time, when I was a teenager I aspired to play these pieces. Today, I am an engineering student, however I still know and love all of the pieces in this video. Thank you, SMB!

Me too
I thought the easy/medium/hard was a 'guessing difficulty' grade, until Fantaisie Impromptu and La Campanella showed up... Edit: I'll update this cuz maybe I phrased it wrong (and people like to assume things). I really thought the tiers would go from "easy to guess" to "hard to guess", because I could guess like the first seven and then it became obscure. So I was quite surprised to hear Fantaisie Impromptu and La Campanella at the end, as both of them are very popular (not to say mainstream but kinda). I'm not skilled enough to know what's harder to play or not, so yeah. I just find it hard to believe that SMB would think these last two would be hard to guess.

Well to be fair, I do not think that the mozart-sonata or maple leaf rag are harder than Hungarian Rhapsody 2 and Revolutionary Etude...
The only one of these I didn't recognize was the Rachmaninoff prelude, and I didn't remember the name of the Heroic Polonaise. Excellent transitions!

Guesses: (11/12 correct) 1. The Entertainer - Joplin 2. Rondo Alla Turca - Mozart 3. Clair de lune - Debussy 4. Moonlight Sonata - Beethoven 5. Hungarian Rhapsody #2 - Liszt 6. idk 7. Got 3/12 and recognized another 3/12 but didn't know the names of them. The 1st one I got was the entertainer right off the bat because back in high school i took a piano class and a simplified version of it was one of the last songs in the book we used. I used to play that version so much that I used to be able to play it with out the sheet music.

Awesome video! Continue
I think it could have been harder. But good video, I always enjoy a good classical music review. 12/12.
Got it all! 🙏 Thanks for this

Everything but La Campanella as it was the only one I hadn't heard before. Good job playing the transitions between these.

Hey SMB! I want to thank you for making such beautiful content! Yiu are the one who inspired me to play piano aswell! P.S. Could you maybe please try to play the song Life Letters? (the no glitch one)
Think we should do a list of classic pieces that were later reworked as meme pieces (or used in meme pieces outright)
12/12 without cheating - used to play about a third of them myself, nice choices btw

This was fun to listen to. I think I’ve heard my mother play all these pieces at some point.
I loved the way you played La Campanella and Moonlight Sonata, it sounded really nice. Only missed 3 tho, i love classical!
YES! I only missed 3. Also, thanks for this. I really enjoy doing them!!!
Perfectly done
Great video: I heard them all but I knew only like from 10 the full name. Oh and btw it would be awesome if you would do Pucci's Theme!
There's a bunch of them I knew by name, maybe one or two I knew by sound but didn't know the name to (Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 because of "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" and Fantasies Impromptu because part of it sounds like the Great Fairy theme), but there was also some I never knew of. I hope I never forget Claire de Lune. It's such a beautiful piece.
i love how you started at the best part of hungarian rhapsody :)

Hard (actually easy) mode: guess the pieces WITHOUT sound. I still got 11/12 lmao, i know the notes too well
I want some more games like that 😍 Number 9 was difficult to guess 🤔
Cool, great theme.
12/12, I love the heroic polonaise it’s so good
As a classical music fan, can u please, next time add like John field, Domenico Scarlatti... They are good and no one knows
Part two plis!
Putting fantaisie impromptu, la campanella, and rach c# prelude in hard made hard mode the easiest
Also got 12/12. Great selection!
Got all right while just looking at the notes falling down.
I knew most of them, and I was just lightly tapping my foot to the rythym of the songs. But when hungarian raphsody came on, I was tapping my foot aggressively.
i love this vid kep up the good work
1. The Entertanier - Joplin 2. Rondo Alla Turca - Mozart 3. Claire de Lune - Debussy 4. Moonlight Sonata - Beethoven 5. Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 - Liszt 6. Revolutionary Etude - Chopin 7. Sonata No. 16 - Mozart
9/12 I think I did pretty well here. I dig the transitions!
Done perfectly
I'm just glad to start realising who composed them, but I'm not as good as to guess the actual names of the piece
I think next time you should include some more obscure works and maybe works by, say, Lili Boulanger, Schubert etc.
1:Darude - Sandstorm 2:Darude - Sandstorm, again 3:someone Debussy - Clair de lune 4:Darude - Sandstorm, again 5:idk 6: 7:Darude- Sandstorm 8:Darude - Sandstorm 9: Darude - Sandstorm 10:Rachmaninov - Play-fantasies for piano(3rd Opus), 2nd part - Prelude
This is my Score: Easy Tier: The Entertainer Turkish March Clair de Lune Moonlight Sonata 1st Mvmt Medium Tier: Revolutionary Etude Piano Sonata No 16 Maple Leaf Rag Hard Tier: Heroic polanaise Fantaisie Impromptu La Campanella 🇭🇳=origin off
8. Maple Leaf Rag - Joplin 9. Heroic Polonaise 10. Prelude in C-sharp Minor 11. Fantaisie-Impromptu 12. La Campanella
Fantastic
You should do guess the John Williams songs on piano
Got 100%!! I’m proud
10/12 with my brother. We only missed Rachmaninov and Chopin’s revolutionary etude.
Easy: 1. The Entertainer 2. Rondo alla Turka 3. Clair de Lune 4. Moonlight Sonata Medium: 5. Hungarian Rhapsody no. 2 6. Revolutionary Etude 7. K 545 8. Maple Leaf Rag Hard: 9. Heroic Polonaise 10. Prelude in C# minor 11. Fantasie Impromptu 12. La Campanella Got all of them
Honestly who does not know Fantasie impromptu, prelude in c-sharp minor and la Campanella
A real unknown composer would be Amédée Méreaux. Honestly this video was way to easy, should have put some of chopins unknown nocturnes, preludes, mazurkas, and his unpopular impromptu. A few composers to also shed light on would be Mendelssohn (his rondo is very nice and semi unknown, and his songs without words are also incredible), Schubert(some easier pieces would be some from 'scenes from childhood'), I was kind of sad to not see any ravel especially scarbo. I could go on such as Rachmaninoffs Italian polka or Shostakovich fugue in a minor, or list I'm shocked you didn't put more Liszt. Edit. BACH where is anything from him
You should make a "Guess the Rush!" video
Shegal correct 12/12
I have got 10/12. The video is amazing!:))
1. Scott Joplin- The Entertainer 0:02 2. Mozart- Sonata In A K331 3rd Mvt "Alla Turca" AKA Turkish march 0:16 3. Debussy- Claire De lune 0:34 4. Beethoven- Moonlight Sonata 1st Mvt 5. I got all of them as I know music pretty well
I had heard all of them before, but I only remembered 7 out of 12 by title. Namely 1. The entertainer by joplin 2. The turkish march by mozart 3. 4 the moonlight sonata by beethoven 6. The revolutionary etude by chopin 8. The maple leaf rag by joplin 11. Fanaisie impromptu again chopin And last 12. La campagnella by liszt...
