GUARD YOUR EYES Secrets of Rav Ovadia Yosef zt'l

Rabbi Yaron Reuven discusses the secrets of Rav Ovadia Yosef's memory. Despite being accused of forgetfulness, Rav Ovadia had a phenomenal memory. He attributes it to guarding his eyes and focusing on drawing during court cases to avoid looking at immodest women.
This emphasis on guarding the eyes ties back to a verse in the Book of Numbers, emphasizing the importance of watching the eyes to remember God's commandments and achieve holiness.

Are you married? Make yourself a commitment to do less and less, up to the point when you'll not see it anymore. Set yourself goals (like first only once a week, then only once a month, and less and less) and do whatever you can to accomplish that, with divine help you'll overcome it. It's like quitting drugs, maybe you should read about the path of someone quitting drugs and follow the same strategies. Wish you good luck and a happy marriage
