The word war between Election Commissioner Rowena Guanzon and disqualified Duterte Youth party-list group nominee Ronald Cardema continues. The Duterte Youth Chairman said he's eyeing filing an impeachment complaint against Guanzon for alleged extortion. But the Commissioner fires back, calling Cardema's claims laughable. Guanzon denies she has a bagwoman in the lower house who received money from Cardema.
