If Hua Tuo beats Cao Cao, a cutscene of Cao Cao agreing to get brain surgery... then Cao Cao becomes a good guy, all smiling, all generous. Happy ending.

General Guan is incredible, he braves a deep surgery on his arm without showing a sign of pain. What a BADASS

it's only legend made up by luo guanzong. in reality he's just like any other people. he was captured alive by 6 Wu's foot soldiers. the legend of how he can cut off thousands of people by himself is just typical exaggerate.

A righteous and loyal man that always thinking about saving country never pussy about his mere pain like tickle. Guan yu is truly man of the men.

Guan Yu accepted life for what it was he was truly loved and had alot of respect for ppl.

Many fiction writers have tried to re-interpret the character of Guan Yu. But this Guan Yu is the classic (and my favorite): the fearless and respectful warrior

I watch something like this and think, of course, pain is just chemical signals interpreted by the brain, surely I have enough mental fortitude to be stoic in the face of pain! Then my sciatica flares up again and I realise, nope, this really fucking sucks.

I kinda wonder why Hua Tuo wasn't used in Dynasty Warriors. Let's see during the battle of Fan Castle Guan Yu gets injured so you have to escort him back to the main camp and then you send Guan Ping to find Hua Tuo and defend him until Hua Tuo arrives.

Guan Yu is a legendary man remember no ordinary man could withstand the pain

In the 1994 version, the director showed that Guan Yu was a wonderful man by everyone were shocked during his surgery. And the respect and communication between the physician, Hua Tuo and himself, Guan Yu. In contast, for 2010 version. The director did not show how amazing Guan Yu is.

sadly Hua Tuo was killed by cao cao after treating Cao cao with his headaches Hua Tuo suggested that he go for operation in order to remove the tumor in his head Cao cao then accused him for trying to kill him and had him executed

Historical Guan Yu wasn’t surtured by Hua Tuo because Hua Tuo died before it long time.

@@chenjinguo frankly everything. The acting , the costumes , the music, the story. Eveything seems genuine and meaningful. The 2010 screams disingenuous. Every character seems pretentious. The outfit look straight out of medieval time Europe.

I would really really love to learn and grow in the Ancient Martial Art form of (and please excuse me if I’m staying that wrong I don’t mean to) GUAN YU’s martial arts form and techniques and art religiously for the rest of my life he is my favorite forbidden 3 kingdoms king

Find a good traditional Wushu teacher and ask him/her to teach you Yanyuedao 偃月刀 or Guandao 關刀 that is the art of wielding Guan Yu's polearm. According to Wushu tradition, the movements was created by Guan Yu himself🙏
