from the moment he got selected to Fresh group July 2014... - she was taking care of them from the beginning, the boys participated in the recording of music video for one of Laure's songs too, I only wonder why Hou Ming Hao doesn't have his own yt channel, because they belong to the same company, and this is Laure's official channel

Madelaine Hawkins ooooohh i had assumed that he moved to a new agency when he went solo! my mistake! but neo having his own yt channel would be a dream come true! he’s done a lot of shenanigans and seems to be prone to do it! im pretty sure his team would have lots of content to upload! it’s a shame that his agency doesn’t try to reach international fans. if they released english subbed behind the scenes, his popularity could really grow! he’s already got the talent, skills, face value and a good personality after all! gaining popularity overseas wouldn’t be too difficult, i think! they just need to market him right.

@@sixteenskies He has never changed the agency which in my opinion and opinion of many of his native fans is holding him back - it's been always his dream to become a singer, his original dream is to sing and have a concert in Beijing, in January it will be the 4th anniv of his solo career but since 2016 he's released only 1 song of his own (YMETM 2017), other titles are dramas/shows soundtracks or COVERS! It's a beautiful portfolio but still only portfolio, no new singles, no music album. BGT... they have diamond in their hands but clearly don't want to invest much in him, it would require paying for song/music writing, recording and all promotion. Neo doesn't get much promotion in China at all, he's all on his own. On yt his song is shared by the courtesy of Benjamin Tucker who directed the music video - and it has more than 600k views, it says something...

Madelaine Hawkins with all his acting gigs, it’s so easy to forget that neo is originally a singer. reading all of that... yeah, it’s understandable that fans are frustrated on his behalf! if his dream really is to have a concert, have an album of his own, then as his agency, it should be their concern to make it happen. he’s producing all this income for them and yet it seems like the agency isn’t doing much in return after all. they’re just pushing him to become an actor at this point (although he is really really good at it even without training!) no wonder i’ve been seeing posts in weibo that his company “lacks resources” to promote him even tho he has the potential to be on “fire” haha seems like it’s true. i was thinking that his company was doing okay by him considering how he has all these variety show guesting and two dramas lined up next year. but if his main goal is a concert, then they are sorely lacking!! seems like the agency is wasting the diamond in their hands :(((( neo’s voice is the type of voice i really like too! i would buy his album in a heartbeat!

@@sixteenskies Yes, he's been doing dramas because this is what he can do. They don't need to spend any resources on him and fund his music project, he just has to make money for himself and pay them expenses. He loves acting so probably is happy enough, but even with dramas, because of lack of proper promotion, it seems he doesn't get best proposals to choose from... Apart from recording songs, Hou Ming Hao needs a contract from a serious global music company to have his music album released worlwide (like Li Yi Feng or Kris Wu - they had such contracts) I'm waiting, and I believe in Neo, and I hope for his future success
