Excellent instruction, thank you. This is a better way of doing it (also called the Outside Spin) than I had been taught by top coaches in the UK. This figure has a uniqueness that the Man carries out two CBMPs one after the other, the first when he rotates his left foot towards the right, then followed by his right foot towards the right. Thank you!
