I'm considering the same card on the second market for $72 dollars ($1200 mexican pesos). Mostly because the low power consumption. But the RX 570 would be a better choice for sure right? Second hand must have 3 years of use too but I guess they can handle 3 more.

If you're looking for a low power consumption card, then 1650 super is the best option. However, if you prefer an AMD card, then I recommend getting the RX 580, which is priced around $75.

this is not valid performance testing........ the gpu is bottlenecked by the old i5. test it with something more resonable such as the r5 5600

This test is to show how well this budget build can perform in modern titles. Still people use GTX 1650 with i5 4460, i5 3470, i5 6500 or even weaker processors. I've clearly mentioned it in the title! But I'll do one with a better processor, Thanks for your feedback!

I'm no PC Genius... But it may be due to either the i3 or HDD. SSD does boost performance, Ram is fine

@@Gogeta_2610 When I looked into it, it turned out that the Witcher 3 does not need SSD storage. Yes, there is a difference, but it is not very big. The rate is 5 for the first six frames.
