When Rx 560 came out, performance was below gtx 1050. Now it's almost the same as a 1050ti...

Few months later the RX 560's performance will be better than the 1050 ti, thanks to finewine / amd drivers updates Even right now the RX 560 is still a better value card, i mean who pays +50$ more for 3-4 fps?

@@areyougood3481 actually yeah, when the RX 560 was first released it wasn't faster than the 1050 they had similar performance but now the rx is better, not something new... Almost all amd cards are getting better and better by time (drivers), check adrenalin 2019 update that added a noticeable performance gain in RX cards :)

@@tudor5716 gtx 580 was an example... this will be the same, for those who want to use rx 570 for more yrs. Textures gets better and will use more vram, as another example in shadow of the tomb raider gtx 1060 3gb can't run at 60 fps on high settings (high textures) because it has only 3gb vram, and with 1060 6gb, vram usage is a bit over 4gb.

Also here 1 dolar is equivalente to 40 argentinian pesos andas 1 euro it's about 45 argentinian pesos. P.D: Last year we had an inflation of almost 50 percent. 2gb memory is not enough in 2019. It start to load textures into ram instead of vram which is not as fast. RX 560 seems to also catch up 1050 ti

@@tomu2981 It's actually fine to have 2GB Vram even 1GB if you have a older card, aslong you have a lot of ram such as 32GB your fine for 10+ years to play at 720p max graphics with msaa max etc, or 1080p high, or 1440p high-medium, 4k medium - 2 low, 8k, lowest with nothing turned on I'm actually doing 8k gaming on my 1050 2GB playing, Bully, Minecraft, Roblox, Crash Bandicoot etc

It's good to see the 560 performing better then the 1050, but in nvidia optimized games that's not case. ):

EDIT: I know longer have this opinion due to market changes recently with NVIDIA and AMD next gens huge release. RX 570 8gb or RX 580 8GB still great value even in 2019 and fairly future proof for the price (unless perhaps more new cards release this year). Even if they can't crank up the FPS later on, at least you have enough vram for shadows, textures, if still under 8gb. EDIT: seems like the industry moved big time with PS5 and new Xbox generations. I now believe that ray tracing hardware acceleration MUST be on GPUs rather than just a “nice to have” it’s evolved to a “must have” . This won’t be apparently nowadays still, but as the PS5 generation starts and goes on, it will become more and more apparent. These rx570s and rx 580s had a good run, but this seems to be end of the rope

it's not a must have yet. Ray tracing isn't even mature. Beside minecraft, no game is using total ray tracing, they're just using half baked stuff like shadow rt, reflection rt or AO rt(or combination of few)

Looking to get a card to upgrade an older gateway system for my kiddo, dont want to spend alot of money and am stuck with a 75W TDP without 6 pin... Its between a zotac 1050TI mini and a rx 560 (896 variant) short style card. the 1050 ti and can bought right now for around 100.00 used and the rx 560 around 85-90.00 used but 120.00 new. Is this test using the 896 or 1024 SP Rx 560? Im a AMD fan and would love too keep everything team red but the zotac 1050TI for that price seems the way to go.

it is an inaccurate representation of the game, and i think some people say its not even consistent. Whatever the reason is, almost no reviewer uses the built in benchmark.

But be aware not all 560 is unlockable you might bricked your card .some 560 have physically removed(laser cut)

damn if I wasn't an Nvidia fanboy I wouldn't have bought my gtx 1050 2gb for 160 euro (special price from 190) and would have bought an RX560 cause obviously I'm a budget gamer... even now the cheapest local prices I could find are: GTX1050 TI = 169 euro RX560 = 150 euro I say the choice is pretty clear

Try to do GTX 1050 4gb vs RX 560 4gb vs GTX 1050 ti I also use 1050 4gb and it works great

RX 460 can be unlocked to gain 128 extra shader processors, Performance is the same as RX 560.

i3 is kind of low end processor but even if u want graphic card then rx560 may be fit for your pc rather than rx570

It depends, Sapphire has a lot of variants for RX 560, 16 CU has 1024 SP while 14CU has 896 SP.

Guys in my country rx 560 is 180€ .... But i got it in sales for 95€ so... HECK YEAH !!!!

yeah youll be fine, the core 2 quad is only going to be bottle necking a realy high end card that needs tons of memory pci-e bandwidth. I woul;d suggest this card to someone on a budget.

Right now: Rx560 209$ Gtx1050TI: 289$ I canceled the 1050ti and ordered the RX560

@@nogood3100 вообще нет. Драйвер для видеокарты - это сейчас один из самых сложных продуктов AMD И NvIdia. Хорошие драйвера содержат миллионы строк исходного кода и вылизываются годами. Что касается FX, то никаких драйверов для процессора нет в принципе, тут вопрос исключительно прикладного софта.

AMD cards are the only choice for long term use. Nvidia driver updates really suck. I used both Nvidia and AMD. And I saw significant differences with AMD driver updates. After launch the games you play at medium settings can be played at high to ultra within 1-2years. And Nvidia bottlenecks their drivers to sell their new cards.

I can relate to this. I had a not so powerful laptop with an HD6620g, uncapable of running lot of games on the go. But until drivers 16.2.1, the last for it, I could even play games like Tomb Raider, Hitman Absolution, Wolfenstein The New Order, at 30 FPS, compared to the original driver that couldn't. AMD gives massive boosts over time.

I have g4600 and rx560 should i upgrade to rx570?
