I played with her voice & I've never heard it. It's a strange voice, the voice is also in SR2 same voice actor. Sometimes it sounds Russian & sometimes it's sounds Puerto Rican or south American. Interesting voice.

Koweden I disagree, true crime and driver WERE the big titles back then. That time also being the crunch time into what becomes a legendary series. If they didn’t take that bite we may still be dealing with them today. As for saints row, the GTA series has already been the “do all, be all” and hasn’t slowed down yet and likely won’t for quite some time. Saints row, although indeed competition, has already begun to make poor choices and die out.

Saints row is different from GTA. Always loved how each sequel started getting weird and fun in it's own way😂😂 Character creation You're a street criminal You're the president You're the super hero 😂😂 I'll always welcome next saints Row anytime

Should've just stayed at street criminal, I guarantee you if they kept that theme in 3 and 4 rockstar would've gotten a run for they money. I remember people roasted the hell out of GTA 4 for being garbage and praised saints Row 2 because it had better stuff in it, better storyline and didn't focus too much on having mouth- dropping graphics like GTA 4.

I can't really say I blame the devs of Saints Row for doing that. The side activities in GTA 4 were about as boring and un-GTA as anything gets while Saints Row 2 had my back and made up for the disappointment I experienced with the prior. Was Rockstar pandering to old women with those worthless excuses for side activities or was that just supposed to be their idea of a sick joke?

@Hardjaxx- Storm Desert Saints Row the Third was a huge disappointment, for too many reasons to list. It was okay, but it wasn't nearly as good as Saints Row 2, and it was a huge step backwards, and kind of a slap in the face to a lot of Saints Row fans.

GTA San Andreas and GTA VC is the best Gta games I have ever played. Why? Because I love the 80s and GTA VC is the best game about the 80s. In GTA San Andreas you can do *nearly* whatever you want, from driving trains to casinos + you can visit 3 maps, Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas.

Plus it's got better side content, more customization, replayable missions, more crazy weapons, has flyable planes, more variety in the city, more Melee weapons, etc. I love GTA from the bottom of my heart, but I still think SR2 is way more fun than GTA IV.

Saints row series only good at 2, 1 and 3 are decent, the rest are garbage

I'm a fan of both. I initially loved Saints Row more than GTA, but then The Third let me down hard(went full goofy & a plot hole). GTA V was a letdown too, but in a different way(half-assed single-player in favor of online).

Saints Row 3 was a huge this appointment for me as well, for many different reasons. I'm not sure how anyone could think that GTA V single player was half-assed, but whatever. the only complaint I have about GTA V story mode is that we never got any story DLC. Other than that, the GTA V story mode was very well done. You have to remember that from the start the story mode was the main focus, not even Rockstar realized how big GTA online would become.

Pokey, maybe the "half assed" remark comes from the fact that GTA V has only about half the amount of missions as previous GTA's.

always will be a fan of gta but...damn saints row 2 is my alltime favourite game. as much as i like gta id rather play through sr2 for the hundredth time instead of playing gta 5 again

Sales don't equal good. Iron Man 3 got over 400M and movie sucked. Saints Row had high sales till IV. And The Witcher 3 also had high sales, yet both of them offer more than GTA 5.

I'm glad you are taking a look at the Saints Row series. Rockstar knows not to pick on Saints Row 2 becuase I think they know Saints Row 2 has got the open world genre in the bag. Not in popularity but how they captured the genre. That's my view anyway.

Only "Day 1" Saints Row player remember the Multyplayer. Not Co-op, but Multiplayer.

I think saints row 1 & gta san andeas are most alike out of both series - both involve ur loyality towards ur gang - involve respect - specific color - 90s fashion I prefer being representing Saints row than Grove St

Saints Row 2 and GTA SA are the greatest open world games I've ever played. Both of their stories and gameplay are top notch.

The first two _Saints Row_ games were the best. _The Third_ was just awful, and while _IV_ was fun it just wasn't _Saints Row_ at that point. I hope for a day when the series returns to its crime-drama roots instead of being some teenage-boy wet-dream experience that it became.

To be fair most of the minigames in gta games are really lame, i wish they would take some notes from saints row in that department, there is so much they could add in gta 6, skateboarding, basketball, football, pool, arcade machines with games like a tetris clone, dancing, dj ing, house invasions, working carneval attractions and games, etc the options are endless, and many enterable detailed buildings would be nice, fast food restaurants, cafe’s, bars etc.

You gave Saints Row the Third a 10? Better than Saints Row 2? What? Saints Row the Third was a mess, and a huge disappointment for most of the fan base. Too many broken promises, no multiplayer like Saints Row 2, and just an obvious rush job. Hell, even the developers admitted that they rushed out Saints Row the Third and it wasn't a finished game. As much as I love Saints Row 2, I don't think I've ever been as disappointed with a game as I was with Saints Row the Third.

Saints Row went downhill. But i wish people stop playing the new Saints Row games, and come down to SR2.

The Boss and Johnny Gat can single-handedly murder every GTA protagonist because no GTA protagonist is nearly as sociopathic as these two are.

@@namogoran Being crazy does not constitute skill, and for Trevor, he's just crazy. Not to mention that all he did in the past was fly as an Air Force pilot, not ground operation training. And Toni... not even. The only characters that have a chance of beating them are Niko, Luis, and Vic as they have a history in war and military training... you know, *actual* hand-to-hand and weapons combat.

Not saying The Boss and Johnny Gat can't be beat by Niko but The Boss is just so damn ruthless that I can't fathom him losing imo

If you think about it, the GTA doomsday heist is pretty big reference to Saints Row. The main villain wears purple and looks like the default SR3 character, his army is made of clones and robots, they've got insane vehicles, the villain seems like he wants to save the world from nukes (like the beginning of SR4) but instead he IS the one who is trying to destroy everything with nukes (because it's GTA) and yeah, that's pretty much my 2 cents for the day.

That alien mission feels like its a reference to Saints Row 4 which is an entire game about killing aliens

Nah. Saints Row is and will always be a parody of GTA. That's not a bad thing though, but I certainly don't play Saints Row for the story. I play Saints Row when I want to be a crazy criminal and do various crazy things associated with that. I play GTA more for the story.

In GTA 5 when playing as Michael and you smoke the weird dude in the park's weed, you have to kill aliens ang in SR 4 the whole game you fight aliens so that might be reference or a jab at SR as R* basically saying "wtf are you guys smokin"

I played both but I like saints row 1and 2 but 3 4 suck and there's gat out of hell and I like both

There is a mission in Saints Row 3 where you have to dispose of toxic waste while zombies attack you, which is probably what you are thinking of.

In sr 4 in one of the enter the dominatrix cutscene. They also made a reference to go bowling.
