GTA: Vice City (made in 1986)
Фильм және анимация
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City was released for the Commodore 64 (disk and tape) more than 3 decades ago. Back then, Rockstar did an amazing job utilizing the computer's relatively limited resources to provide us with a brilliant adventure - Tommy Vercetti's quest for vengeance.

Fun Fact: Rockstar North's logo sequence in Vice City is someone loading "Vice City" from a data-cassette to a C64. So I'm pretty sure this is what the person who typed it would've played after it loaded.
Loads faster than the PS2 Version that's for sure!

GTA V maybe the best GTA by gameplay means...but for me, the atmosphere, the plot of Vice City will stay the best forever. It's the only GTA game on my mind that, while having the most villainous protagonist, that didn't have all this dark style. And the only game where the main character wasn't a lost servant-kid. No. Tommy was badass and he was the boss. Great animation. Many good memories.

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful! It really looks like that the person who made this video grew up playing Vice City ever since he was 3 years old :) Truly a passionate project! honestly if this game was made in 1989 people would be blown away not by graphics but by the fact that there is a story and music!
5:58 so beautiful
This is AWESOME. It realizes my vision of what GTA VC could've been like if it was released on C64, mainly because of that gorgeous 8 bit ditty of a loading screen, which itself is how a "big budget" game would load on a real C64. Damn good job. I applaud Sir especially for your rendition of "Out of Touch" and the digitized screenshot of the actual VC game towards the end. I loved every second of this video. 👍
AMAZING!!! I'm just stunned by this, it looks incredibly well done, it is just... PERFECT
