Part of it is the acceleration, and the other part is your fps. Cars speed is also partly controlled by the fps

@@ProcyonDei fps does affect speed but not all cars are affected by them or atleast not equally affected....the best cars that get most affected by fps are F-620 and 811, they're crazy fast with high fps....BTW I do my tested at locked fps of 60.

The futo really is faster than most the tuner cars when upgraded. I use it all the time, 4th sounds pretty accurate to me.

Remember when the penumbra just came out and it use to go 140 mph

Hey I don't know if it is a glitch or not but I have my sentinel classic without turbo and when using double clutch I can get it up to 130 miles an hour? This also seems to work with the comet retro custom getting all the way up to 140

If you lose interest in online but still want the cars then mod the game to spawn them in single player. It's not too difficult with a tutorial video. I got tired of online so quickly so I did that instead.

Simple is : Tons of modifying capability, tons of aftermarket part. Especially in real life for some cars . Most of them are japanese, i dont say European or American cars are non-tuned-capable. But MOSTLY are japanese.

@@SD1ONE km/h ofc. And I was able To see the speed because there were a random online Event where you need To go To max speed with a car, or a bike, and the speed was on the screen. I was on the autobhan, at 200-210 km/h most of the time and then hits 231 with the incline le the road

@@MAG-up7ob yah..that speed is due to kerb boosting...whenever a fast car hit small bumps on road it speed get increased temporarily and those even only register max speed acheived not what vehicle can maintain.

That's because it's tested in flat ground, realistically cars top speeds around the city is 10-20mph faster than what you see here due to the bumps in the road.
