Ruiner2000 can destroy every tryhard in the game in fully loaded mode nothing can help you agents infinite ammo and it's one of the hardest cars to destroy

I owned all three and I personally like the r2k and the deluxo whereas the scramjet always targeted the water whenever it got near. Although the r2k can't really fly the parachute is useful and all it needs is a higher middle capacity to be more popular

Drift King I actually place the Oppressor MK II over the Deluxo as it is smaller and very quick with the glitch, and it has flares. Personally, I rarely ever use it. Ruiner 2000 is my baby, Stromberg is 2nd, and Vigilante 3rd.

The "fully loaded" ruiner 2k has infinite missiles, incredibly tough armor, and cannot be locked onto by homing weapons, and *IF* it does get destroyed it will respawn in one of the set locations for further use, its great for battling tryhards or oppressors but you gotta be quick cuz you only get 15 or 20 minutes timer and the mission cooldown is a full hour so be careful, i use it when crap hits the fan and the lobby really gets outta hand lol

Retarded pepe there’s a difference between flight and Hovering. When you hover you are hardly off the ground... but it can go over MOUNTAINS so no. It does not just hover... it has a hover MODE but it also has a FLIGHT mode

I love the smooth and simple layout of the video and the editing, this was lovely

The deluxo has the same missiles as the ruiner. I wish this was mentioned in the special abilities section. The deluxo's missiles also have a ridiculous turning radius.

I dont recommend buying it! Atleast if you are an everyday casual player! Since The Regular Ruiner 2000 has no armor and only 8 missiles! Also it is very expensive and it doesnt have many uses either! The Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000 is ther version that has unlimited missiles, insurgent armor and lock on immunity! To get that version you need to start the VIP work fully loaded and in order to start it you need to have the regular ruiner 2000! This makes it very impractical and expensive! The armored version is merely a mission vehicle and will only be accessable for 20 minutes and after that you have an one hour cooldown! The Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000 is only good against the oppressor, deluxo, oppressor mk2 and any other light or unarmored vehicle! Even if you have a lot of money I don't recommend buying it! But if you really insist on buying it then go ahead!

I've not used any of them but the Deluxo looks by far the best choice because it can fly, and it can still get missiles like the others.

Ok first of all, the deluxo is the only “flying car” so basically the deluxo is because the scramjet doesn’t fly it jumps and has a boost and the ruiner just jumps and has a parachute

I brought the ruiner 2000 last year since I started with $20,000,000 because of the mods on old gen I wish it wasn’t a thing,it’s op since you can dodge missiles when you jump and fly for 1 Second - 60 Seconds But it would be worth it if,it HAD MORE THAN 9 MISSILES!

I haven't used a Scram or Ruiner, but I can say that the Deluxo is probably the best vehicle I own. Its missiles never miss which means it's the only vehicle I have currently that can go up against aircraft. It's not too slow on the ground and can easily just start flying. Only issue is if i'm doing a mission where I have to shoot someone out of a car without destroying it. It's impossible with the Deluxo unless I wriggle around. But no way I can do that on a vehicle warehouse mission.

I use the Deluxo for Traveling around the Map and the Scramjet and Ruiner 2000 i use for Combat against Tryhards and Griefers

I love the quality of this video man. Looks almost like Rockstar made it. Kudos to you. I just bought Deluxo today because it's on 2 mil discount and I haven't been playing the game for like 2 years. I gotta say I loved it. If you own few businesses and have to move around a lot for resupply missions (I always steal) it's the most useful car ever. It's not very fast but I think most people missing the point. It's not about speed it's about how fast you go from point A to point B and Deluxo beats everyone at that.

This was honestly the best video I've seen on youtube. The cinematography was amazing. (Ps: I hope I don't sound like a bot)

this is what i hate about ruiner, they could have made it bulletproof just like kitt instead of adding guns, maybe rockets but no guns, this would have been such a cool gta car but as soon as i gain stars my car gets bullets everywhere, you know the feeling when you wanna drive around doing things just like in knight rider, rescuing your mates but police easily shoots you through the glass, or any player actually, that is why i rather use kuruma for these missions. Also it's a special car so you can't take it for. heists, which i hate

Deluxo and Ruiner, the mk2 griefer’s worst nightmare

I have the plate OUTATIME on my deluxo.

Of course (Deluxo) is the best flying car! And it has a unlimited hover actually. But weak armor doe :( atlease great video. And the (Ruiner 2000) is only for the combats. If somebody killed you you can use it. And the (Scramjet) is only fun too use but also good for combats :)

Duluxo is good but too slow in the air, ruiner is good for missions in which you need a quick get away, and the scramjet is fun to jump and boost but has very little control in the air

i'mma go buy a ruiner 2000 cause it can pop wheelies plus it's still kinda decent , when I play with my friends when we get into servers together I blow oppressors up left and right, them missiles really don't miss EDIT: yay! I got a heart lol

I was almost asleep until that missile warning sound came on. Had a mini panic attack there for a second

the ruiner is now obsolete? excuse me? two words, "fully loaded" ruiner is king EDIT: its no secret that when you own a ruiner 2000 and start the vip work fully loaded, for 30 minutes you now have a damn near invincible ruiner, with UNLIMITED missles, and if you play in free aim, you're not getting shot out. enjoy

Since the mission can be repeated after CD I would say yes, it's worth it. Still for new players it's not high on the list and I would advice waiting for discount :)

I see so many people hyping up the Ruiner. If you really want a MK2 counter that badly, practice with the Scramjet. It can dodge the Oppressor’s missiles with a well time boost, and if that boost is mid-air you can escape the range of the MK2 and shoot from above. If you practice enough, the Scramjet is by far the best car in the game for absolutely bodying flying vehicles.

U just don't know how to use it for REAL. It can dodge missiles by jumping, when you go backwards jump and deploy parachute, u will get more altitude that can be pretty easy to kill ground targets, It has no cooldown (if it isn't destroyed) so if you ran out of missiles, just get out of car and recall it.

The Ruiner 2000 , The Vigilante, The Scramjet and both the oppressors are honestly the most fun vehicles to drive/fly. They can provide you with a lot of funny moments. At least one of these vehicles HAVE to be in your possession, trust me.
