tbh,comparing Michael Franklin and Trevor to say Frank Tenpenny and Eddie Polaski there are quite a lot of differences. Starting with Michael Franklin and Trevor even though they have Lester as the go to guy. they would be able to get shit done (such as Robbing banks and what not) as payback to other corrupt cops or even a whole department such as the Blaine County Sheriff's office. sure they get used by Steve Haines and Devin Weston HOWEVER with option C death wish you can turn on them and take care of them. Tenpenny and Polaski didn't give two fucks who they used they wanted to tear the city of Los Santos (or perhaps the state of San Andreas) hell they used CJ just to cover up their crimes and didn't give a shit doing so. hell they didn't even care what happened to CJ's family either just as long as they got what they wanted. (amazing how the LSPD brought those two into the force).

Oh lol. Well you know the website that has all the mods just search in vice city, it’s by gta random and it has a read me file, you should know how to use openIV tho. For liberty city, well you’ll have to search it in KZread and see if they have a link in the description
