You can with gamepass I play all the time but there taking it off . If you have the disc on your Xbox you can remote play . So you can still play it from your phone and w.e games are installed to your console .

San Andreas Stories would be cool

Android phones has improved over the years that you can even now compare it with pc

So basically the mobile version is just the original San Andreas pc version graphic with some added textures and colors👍🏽

With Mobox emulator you can play GTA V on Android This is an emulator and this means that it is not a version dedicated to the phones If it were optimized for phones (mobile ver)it would run much more smoothly even on cheap android phones with snapdragon 680

I have the og San Andreas on my phone

even though the mobile version is a downgrade version but everyone thinks that the mobile version is much better than the PC, there are many improvements in terms of optimization and several visuals and other bugs even though we have to accept that "Parallax Interior and Grass" must be lost :)

Netflix offers to play some games when you have their subscription. Gta SA and GTA VC are included in those.

you shouldve done regular mobile version since its light is better there.

I think the PC you were playing with had no Ray tracing. But S23 ultra has Ray tracing so that kinda helps.
