that made me spend 2 days looking for a goddamn Karin Futo. An NPC car. Just because you can buy the GTX version for over 1 mil, they removed the original. Also check Simeon's shop weekly because he sells those removed vehicles, i just put my hands on a sweet sweet Sevens-70 thanks to his shop. But yeah getting rid of the cheaper half of the cars was definitely a move to help the in-game inflation

To be fair, the issue wasn't that they removed the cars, but that they put them behind a paywall. I'm fairly certain, if they didn't do the vinewood car club nonsense, it would have been more well received because most of those cars, no one bought. You can't tell me you wanted to buy the Z Type, or the Cheetah, when you had 10 whole years to buy them. And hell, a good amount of the removed cars are in story mode for you to purchase, and since you should have billions in story mode, it shouldn't put a dent in your characters' bank account.

There is inflation in GTA 5 to *MAKE* GTA 6. Making a game such size costs a lot of money. It's also the reason it's taking so long to make a new game. GTA online is very good income for Rockstar, why cut that off if it still has potential?

at this point it takes less time to earn enough money for gta cars than working in game to buy them. new chevy caprice is 1.4 million which takes hours in game to earn. irl you can get some old caprice under 1k which will take LESS TIME TO BUY THAN BUYING IT IN GAME

On the bright side however, the Elegy is still one of the handful of free cars you can buy so at least Rockstar isn't making us spend a quarter of a million to buy the base car before having to spend 900k on the Benny's upgrade like some of the other cars.

The team who created gta5 and the team who created gta online have some pretty crazy differences in quality developers

That‘s why I am so happy about the fact I started to play online back when money glitches were insane and hackers would not constantly grief you, but constantly rain money all over the map or set bounties of 10 billion on a player. My character has 7 Billion in the bank, even after currently owning 200+ cars and all the other things you can buy. I spent approximately 1,4 billion since I started playing. GTA online is actually a fun game when you can do the missions for the fun and don’t have to do them just so can buy 5000 rounds of ammunition for your pistol.

They makin GTA 5 almost unplayable for regular ppl bc they want ppl to look forward to GTA 6 prob.

It makes sense why weaponized vehicles are so expensive but they will add the equivalent of a Ford Focus for the 1.5 M it makes no sense at all

In 2013, before big scores came to multiplayer, 6k in a mission was A LOT. Today the same mission is paying 30k.

Exactly why I stopped playing within the first year. We used to spam the same mission with for a few $k and had fun doing it. They patched that and added cool downs, then hackers came in and dumped a bunch of money everywhere, accounts where banned etc. Never came back

The only thing that wasn’t affected by inflation is my paycheck💀 Edit: not to be that person but this is the most like I have ever got on a comment

To put that into perspective you would need to spend roughly 12,000$ to get that amount of money. Also let’s say you give yourself 2 years to tackle this task. You would need to play every single day for 2 years averaging 11.5 million a week, or 1.6 million a day every day for those two years to get that amount of money

it’s literally so easy to make money in this game if you’re good and actually know what you’re doing. and it’s simple, TIME IS MONEY. it just takes patience and grinding. 2 million a day is average if I got time to play. but if you got shit to do in real life then yeah I can see why just glitch or buy accounts, but then I also never understood it because if you have modded money, there’s no point in doing anything in the game if you already have everything.

Buys game including the starter bonus thing, thinks i would be able to buy a very expensive car instantly, gets into game, gets exploded by oppressor, respawns, 10k down the drain, finds the street filled with money bags by modder, collects one accidentally, gets 100 million, gets banned, tries resolving the issue for 2 months, finnally able to play, sees that the cheapest vehicle is about 500k, doesn't buy, gets exploded by oppressor. In complete honesty, the addition of in game inflation is more of an innovation rather than a problem. Because now people are either working harder to get what they want or they are spending top dollar on in game purchases. And for the very rare population now becoming more popular, many people are now hacking in GTA 5 to obtain money and many other desires. Like if you agree.

My question is who’s buying all these shark cards that convinced Rockstar this is all they need to focus on 😂

The original GTA top down games and even the first couple after that all made a big point of making fun of developers and just businesses in general who rape their customers for cash. Ironic they became the gold standard.

I have played since 2013 on my 360, lost my account at like rank 60 when I got an Xbox one s, and over the past like 7 years, I’ve only made it to rank 106 on my current account. I have a few cool cars, but nothing all that expensive. I have most of the businesses, besides a couple of the newest ones, and still have only maybe $25k on my acc. I can’t find a trust worthy modded account website or individual for cheap, and I’m not about to drop over $50 on a modded acc for gta 5 with gta 6 supposedly coming out next year. They have just made it completely unenjoyable recently. Removed a lot of good cars, made money harder to get, and made everything more expensive. I work 10-16 hours a day and don’t really feel like coming home to work more on a game that used to be relaxing. Rockstar is wrong for this, and I don’t feel bad for them losing money at all, even if I’m not the one taking it from them. I believe they have plenty of money to spare being one of the largest game developers on the market.

hot tip, there are technically some ways to exploit some features to get a load of money fast. but i found one of the best way is to use a trainer when doing missions to give you more money.

That’s why I started doing glitches. Rockstar just got greedier and greedier, and I’m not gon slave away and grind a game for hours everyday just so I can put something in a garage I probably won’t use again.

Literally just get two people and do the host glitch on the bogdan heist, takes about 15 minutes or less and the person who takes 85% walks away with just under 1.6M. That combined with business income and selling nightclub goods is lots of cash

Plus, even if you could buy every vehicle in the game, there’s not enough storage for all the vehicles + the removed cars. the 800M most likely doesn’t account for the upgrades (HAO’s/Benny’s/Imani Tech/Arena War). R* claimed they “didn’t want people to play to grind” yet made everything expensive.

Still remember when zentorno, adder and armoured kuruma was the best

Bro it existed for a long time even inflation in it became badder than real life

Wait until they charge you in the real world for every hour of gameplay.

Yup $70 for the game to play it $60 a year on PSN or Xbox to even play online then probably $60 a month to play GTA VI online harsh reality but it's happening I have proof rockstar is going to make you pay a subscription.

@@IDyn4m1CI I'm very deep in the PS4 jailbreaking scene. There's currently no way to spoof your firmware to allow for online play. Each game is encrypted with firmware specific keys that completely locks you out unless you're on the actual firmware (I.e. the only way to decrypt the keys for something on 10.4 would be for a native Jailbreak for 10.4 to release, and the chances of that are near 0%). This means you won't ever be playing online with mod menus while GTA is still online on the PS4. And the Xbox One has not seen any serious attempts at a Jailbreak, since it has native dev mode, which somewhat negates the need for a Jailbreak. Don't try to educate others on topics you know very little of.

they try to force us to enjoy the game by having to do the missions but the missions aren’t enjoyable when you spend 20-45 mins to get enough to half customize one car … Only way you can buy anything in GTA without being broke is a modded account , and/or do the heist replay glitch if it even still works

In PC, sometimes you can score a lobby with a generous modder that either host hacked heists that pay 15m or let anybody in the lobby spawn and save cars. Rigged roulette is fun, makes you feel like you earned it a little bit 😂

Rockstar is owned by TakeTwo, anybody that has played 2k in recent years isn’t surprised by this. It’s not Rockstar’s fault, it’s TakeTwo’s massive greed.

I remember to reach first 1.5m for tank i played days and nights to buy it. Now 1.5 million u can make in 1-2h

it really is a slap in the face when not only do things get more expensive but they also nerf how much money we earn. couldn’t be blatantly more obvious that all they want us to do is buy shark cards

I had a feeling that caro perico was weaker than before. I took a two-year break and the only reason I came back was because of the drift cars and now I'm trying to take the businesses more seriously and I wasn't sure if I was just making that up or not.

I remember the time when i was grinding for the oppressor mk II but poor me that was the time the inflation hit hard and the price went to 8M for oppressor mk II Jesus Christ

Do yourself a favor and buy the kosotka instead. About a million every couple of hours you can do all setups and heist in an hour. Even after the nerf it's still easily the best way to make money in the game. From there I would buy the nightclub and all of the biker businesses because each business will source crates through the nightclub while you're doing your Kenosha heist. With just those two I make roughly 2 million a day. If I run my acid lab and biker businesses I'm looking at 3-4m a day. And I only play 3-4 hours at a time. Sometimes I'll just tie my thumb sticks together and plug in the controller and go AFK and let the nightclub make money while I'm at work irl.

​@@MrDeano-bm8qgall business running in your pc at 0.1 kWh and for 8 hours it's like the cost of a shark card and the bunker gives 140k$ in like 2.5 hours, mc combined are probably 1 million so like $1.5M😅 i prefer to do the Union Depository Contract at the autoshop and some freemode event to catch up but i always come home at 4:00 P.M.😅

Not only that but also the weekly offers are worse, before we were able to get 50% and 80% in black friday, but now the black friday deals equals the old weekly offers

Also, they seem to be making some owned items harder to get access to again because they want to put it behind GTA plus
