​@@johnson2108 Technically, There cant be any connections between those two games, Mainly because that GTA VI is a part of the HD Universe and GTA: Vice City is a part of the 3D Universe. However, I don't think that this matters. We already got CJ and Claude references in GTA V. We would definitely get one for atleast Tommy as he is a vital part of the Vice City legacy.

GTA 3 liberty city had a filthy looking ocean and a dark atmosphere and they brought them back in GTA 4, GTA vice city had a gorgeous looking ocean and a beautiful atmosphere specially the sunset and they are bringing them back in GTA 6
