This is a truly fantastic machinima, and what a great film to return with! This brilliantly expands the world set up in Part 1 and offers a really dark, gritty, yet poignant and emotional story that is really captivating. The cinematography is stunning and at times best kept simple, the action is tense and easy to follow, the voice acting from the entire ensemble cast was brilliant and really engaging, the music choice was spot on, and best of all the direction in this was near flawless. This is a down-to-Earth crime drama and it's refreshing to see the genre make a return in this way. If there was any form of constructive criticism it would simply be the runtime, in that it felt too short! Certain character motivations could definitely have been drawn out and developed more. But overall? What a fantastic film and a really impressive machinima as usual TwistedWisdom! We cannot wait to see what you work on next!

You truly grasp the essence of creativity and creation, weaving not just a story but enhancing multiple arts in one. Additionally, the storytelling is exceptional. You guys are the best! just finished the machinima . man...... this is one of the best machinima . let me tell you the reason . A lot of machinima focus on the action part of the story which i dont mind . but what sets this machinima apart is the story telling aspect. this machinima focus on the story and the characters . this is legit a crime thriller movie . and talking about the characters , all the characters in this machinima are real and 3 dimensional. as a fellow writer , i felt genuinely impressed by your story telling aspect and the way you presented the characters . if you ask me who is my favorite character in this machinima . i would say elliot . i really liked elliot's character arc . his desperation to kill the DA at first and his courage to ask clyde to kill the DA again . also elliot has that little evilness or cunningness in him which makes him so real . also his love towards his son is shown greatly and we can see he can stoop down to any level to safeguard his family . at last ,i liked the frame in which elliot smiles at his family after knowing that his son is released. these tiny things makes this machinima a masterpiece. as a writer , i really loved this machinima. guys , those who are about to watch this machinima , take a snack and just see this movie . you wont regret this . expecting a lot from you in future.☺

I've always loved Bill as a character because of the way Charlie plays him but yeah, I have to agree. Elliot is interesting character because he's not the typical bad guy. He's just an ordinary dude who loves his family very much and will do everything for them. He makes terrible choices all the time but you can still somehow feel empathy towards him. Also James Lorenz did a hell of a job playing that character!

Gosh Twisted, where do I start. I loved the first part to this. The story just grew and exploded in a way that was done so beautifully. There was so much feeling in the silent prison scene between the father, mother, and son. And Bill and Wendy's friendship/partnership even grew since part one. And the editing, the scene changes, blending, music, bringing you up and down with each scene. You and your crew did an amazing job. Truly! It left me wanting to see more. I'd like to see you do a thriller/romance. Oh and I'm subscribed now, I was upset I could have seen this a month ago, lol.

Thank you for the kind words! I'm glad you liked the film. In the sequel I wanted to focus more on the character development and the story. It's always hard to deal with multiple characters and bring their storylines together in the end. I think this time it worked a bit better than in the first part. I'm also super grateful to all the amazing voice actors who brought these characters to life.

I see why it might feel like a prequel. It's a whole new story without any real connection to the previous film. Past events are only mentioned very briefly which was intentional decision on my part.

Wow man. That was one of if not the best machinima I've ever seen. The excellent story, cinematography, voice acting, writing, and everything was just beautiful. Such a great story and I definitely wasn't expecting some of those twists. The pacing was perfect and it just felt like a legitimate movie. Great work again Twisted!

This was so good story wise, script and environments that it kind of annoys me how much better it could have been with better directing and camera work😅You should definietly leave the camera shake in all cases, more contrast to the shots and build more tension to the scenes that need it.

Well, this is mostly in North Yankton so the snow is there by default. The scenes that were not in NY, i used Menyoo to enable the snow.
