Jeff I can understand your frustrations. Got to figure most of these KIDS you play with have no clue what a repo is not to mention the process. Repos are civil action and these people refuse to get as they perceive their ego burnt. Kids and feelings

Tyler is one of the best RPers. I love that the one reasonable cop at the end was him.

Some of these people don't even know what RP stands for. Anyone who doesn't RP properly should be given a couple of warnings then banned. ETA: It's a shame, too, because there are so many people who would be willing to do good RPs on the DOJRP server, but those slots are taken by horrible RPers like Mike C. and Rodney B.

Wow. Never saw Jeff so mad. I'd expect that from Polecat, but not Jeff.

I've watched most (if not all) of your DOJ videos, Jeff, and I don't think I've ever been more emotionally invested in wanting you (and in this case, Buggs) to succeed. I'm sitting on my couch, arms up in the air, mouthing 'WTF?!' as that Mike C guy kept weaseling away from you and Buggs. Seeing you guys finally get his POS Canis in the end was so gratifying. Great job on persisting on the repo RP - was well worth it as a viewer.

Mike C actually did roleplay buying that blue jeep in textchat at the start of the episode.

it pisses me off when people do this, people who don't want to roleplay their shit being repo'd, I would be absolutely obliged that people want to involve be in the roleplay, I wouldn't completely shut down the other roleplayer just because they're interfering into something I want to do. Roleplay is about the unexpected. So fucking roll with it. Simple.

it's because in the state of Missouri tow trucks are considered emergency vehicles. there's a KZreadr named Ron Pratt who operates a heavy wrecking company out of Missouri. it's pretty cool.

See....that whole start up scenario with Peter should have literally had the Cop go "Oh this is a civil matter, take it up with your lawyers/loan company". The only reason Police involvement would have been necessary was to ensure it was a legit repo (by confirming the paperwork)

Only department to get involved should be Sheriff because they handle civil. But you are correct.

It is so satisfying watching, no matter how many times, that blue hunk of crap explode. Even more so after watching the OCRP race at Lanier.

I like Tyler, he was good. Hoped to see him more. I think he was handling the situation perfectly.

If the cops get involved (that I've seen) it's usually to back up the repo (if they have the paperwork, which if it's legit they will). Once a buddy of mines car (65 Impala) was getting towed because some bullshit reason. He called the cops, they came out, they asked for the paperwork, tow guys like "Yeah it's in my truck", he jumped in his truck and booked it (the car wasn't hitched yet). My buddy and the cop look at eachother like 'what da fuck..?'. My buddy's like "See! He was trying steal my car! Go after him!!", chicken shit cop is like "Meh, you still have your car, it's all good" and leaves. My buddy filed a complaint but they're all on the take.

There was a message about trading it for a golf cart, true, if that's the same guy. They missed that. And in real life, repos are pretty much like this often enough. That's why they just grab cars when the owner isn't around.
