Because the date between Online and the Story Mode is different. And if you don't believe this,proof to that is we can see Franklin is a little bit older when we buy the agency also not only him his dog,Chop is older in Grand Theft Auto Online.

1:30 NOTE : Only during the mission "Daddy's Little Girl" and if you go to the Friedlander's office, there's of course a yacht, but, the only during the mission "Father/Son" which The truck stealing the yacht.

Say what you want about GTA Online, but I love when all these areas you tend to pass by without a second glance get updated.

I like the look of the old casino more.

1:35 there is yacht in one mission and we can even see it from our therapist office

0:28 actually that building is accessible before the mission which you steal Jimmy's car back to Simeon

11+ years later and I think they should add new cars to offline. It would be good. But knowing rockstar it’s too much of a simple task for them. Anyway on PC anything is possible.

I hope that when Rockstar eventually shuts down the servers for GTA5 online they leave one active so that any one who plays the story mode would be able to download all of the online content in it....but I guess it's just a dream sigh

@@zsombor_99 because in the gta timeline, gta v story mode happens before the diamond casino update, and story mode is only 1 or 2 week timeframe which it will always be stuck in 2013 in those 1 or 2 weeks
