Feel like it's unacceptable that this massive submarine can be destroyed with just four rockets like it were a plain armored vehicle, whereas the RC truck is virtually indestructible

I'll be honest I didn't know the Kostka could be destroyed. I assumed it was like the Yacht but thinking about it again it would be way to op considering it is a fully operational vehicle with missiles

There's sadly not much to do with the Ramius as it only serves as some sort of prop. Very unfortunate we didn't get that one instead of the Kosatka.

We need the Ramius as a player choosable submarine in the next heist along with a underwater submarine base for storage
