I assume you are playing on a new generation console? If it is not unlocked for you it means that this livery will be officially released on another occasion, considering that it is called Graffiti tagged, it makes me think that it is possible that it will be released together with the LS Tags: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hYWYvM2dabSviLA.htmlsi=vGPGyDfNOmpxL0cm
