Here are the steps: Go to Fort Zancudo, with a medium or fast car and get on the drain. After arriving at the drain opening at the runway, save using quick save. Then load and instantly accelerate to the Titan. Quick save and load again. Get on Titan, save and load. Then, get onto the runway where you will take off. Save and load again. Now press C to look back and take off. Fly for a bit and lose you wanted level or enter LAWYERUP for the amount of stars you have. Fly back to LS Airport or Sandy Shores Airfield and taxi the plane into your hanger. Now you may want to save the game right there. Important notes: Why did I say to quick save and load? It's bcoz if you load then every NPC will be unloaded giving you the chance to move in for next step. Why did I tell to press C? Its bcoz whenever you go into Fort Zancudo airspace, a Lazer spawns to take you down. By looking back, you will cancel the Opcode: /SETPLAYERHAS_ENTEREDZANCUDO. If this opcode is true, it spawns a Lazer jet behind you. If you look back, the Opcode, which is responsible for spawning the jet, will turn into false. Why didn't I say to save the file with the Titan in your safe house? It's bcoz in story mode, you can't store stolen vehicles in your hanger. That's why I told you to save and load. This only works in story mode and in online, you can buy the Titan for $3M. If all these steps are followed, you'll get a Titan for free. Note that if you put a vehicle in there, the vehicle moves a lot which makes the plane damaged. You may need to use a parked vehicle mod in order to carry vehicles around safely.
