Stop calling raytracing to any fancy lighting mod with oversaturated colors. It's IMPOSSIBLE to mod a 10 year old game to make it use raytracing. Any game developer would have to pretty much remake the game from scratch, so it's ridiculous to think that a modder can do that, regardless how skilled he is. Don't believe me? Check what version of DirectX is GTA using after installing this mod. If it's not DirectX 12, it can't have raytracing.
Hey mate, does QuantV still provide an ENB Menu you can use in-game? I know NVE doesn't have one anymore but I'm hoping QuantV still does. Thanks!:)

NVE and QuantV both supporting ENB. I'm using in both. In NVE You just need change some setting for ENB.

Used QuantV own enb presets and you can get it with QuantV 3.0 version
