Hey Steve, When it comes to an abandoned vehicle a RL LEO would contact their dispatcher to see if there is an on file 10-21 (Phone #) for the RO & if there is one then you or the dispatcher would try to 10-21 the RO to see if they know where there vehicle is. Also if a vehicle is blocking a road & needs to be towed then you can do a Pre-Tow Search of the vehicle. In regards to those 2 male subjects who were loitering outside the Liquor Ace I probably would have at least checked their ID Names to make sure they were not 10-30 (Wanted) at all. Question: Can you please try to use the Questions more like when you got out w/Mr Smith? Prior to doing the search on him you could have read him his rights & then asked him if he had anything illegal on him or not. That's an exact reason why when you come across someone who is possibly 10-30 you always or most of the time want to call for a Cover Unit or Units just because you never know if someone is armed or may attempt to flee using their vehicle or on foot. Ms Seuss fled on foot & she had a firearm on her so.... Also since Ms Seuss refused to show you Registration or Insurance Documents I wonder if that Plate or the actual ATV itself was Stolen. @Cadet4Life yes lol and great question regarding the floating lights for my pack and others packs, its a easy fix in your ELS files, no downloads needed and to answer your question on my lspdfr vehicle download page for this pack in the comments section, there is a (highlighted comment) in the comments section regarding this issue and if you follow those instructions in the comment your problem will be fixed for the float array.

3:34 if you impound a vehicle you have to inventory/search the vehicle so that there is documentation and a record of all that was impounded! This way nobody can say for example: they had a million dollars in the car.

You can do both. You can search it once you determine it has been abandoned which it has been, and also, once you get it towed, can search it incident to an inventory search.

How do I play lspdfr. It won’t let me because gta 5 had an update. I reverted it but it just auto updates when I click the game. (I don’t have steam I bought it from the launcher)

Yeah i have the same issue so actually you need to wait until lspdfr is updated, luckily i had also the steam version so right now i am gonna play it on steam but i also need to wait for the lspdfr update. Just be patient no need to worry.
