This is mod version or mission?

Surviving the military on foot and in car and bike in fort zancudo without immortal mod is impossible, this guy has done it so give this guy a reward.

No idea why it escalated so quickly, Mike was just on a usual chill day on his motorbike. They're so paranoid in Fort Zancudo!

It's funny that you mentioned this, because I did not turn off anything and only after your comment I noticed the police dispatch really was muted 😂 Perhaps this is an RDE bug

What's causing the rapid explosions at 1:34 - 1:36? It sounds like an autocannon. That doesn't happen when I enter Zancudo, the only vehicles that fire weapons are the Rhino's and they don't fire anywhere near that fast

This video is 20:14, which is approximately 15:00 longer than I have ever survived in Ft. Zancudo without parachuting in on to the top of one of the buildings. I have no idea how or why you don't crash more often as much as you change the camera POV.

Not in the original game. Mike is using a mod which enables a 6 star max wanted level. It's in the description.
