That last clip is such a wonderful depiction of what's so fun about GTA. You don't need to be active to have fun in that game, sometimes just being an observer is enough, since the AI lives by itself. And since the AI is not very smart, it shows us how our world might look like if everyone were incredibly stupid. Cops, paramedics, fire fighters, drivers, pilots and the like. It's a wonderfully silly world.
