Every one please note that once notice or order has has been issued , taxpayer has to file reply and where order has been issued , one has to file appeal. Yes once order has been passed , there is no other way than filing appeal. Because once demand has been confirmed and posted in liability ledger , it can't be waved of without adjudication process.

16/4 ka order drc07 aa gaya hai Appeal ka time 90 days hone ja raha hai 5 days baaki hai to kya abhi appeal file kare ya nahi kyon ki usme 10% pre deposit kaarna padega aur registration already cancelled hai phir refund me problem aayegi wo aage ki koi mismatch me adjust kar lenge kya appeal file nahi karke rectification laga sakte hai kya

One has to file appeal, no other way out.

order psssed in April 2024 for 2018-19. What to do now?

Sir, agar Order aa gaya he toh kya karna chahiye.

2018-19 ka 16(4) ka order pass ho gaya hai. appeal filling date is 16.07.24. can we file appeal or wait

30 november ke aage की डेट दे देते 2025 तक तो सभी कर लेते जिनका actual main ITC claim नही हुआ है
