Carbon Theory do a great spf, you get can it on Asos. It takes a a little while to dry down but it’s really nice on the skin and didn’t break me out 😊

I remember fat friends too honestly the world's attitude to bodies is so messed up I had anorexia and nearly died as a teenager I'm 30 in a couple years and have recovered but still can't believe what we go through body attitude wise 💖

L'Oréal Revitalift Clinical Anti-UV fluid SPF 50 is very good.

My daughter has suffered with her skin for over 10 years we tried everything even the really strong meds and cutting out food groups recently she used sudacrem overnight and has been amazed by the results may help soothe the really sore flare ups. Lovely make up look and hair. Eyelashes are looking fab does it work on eyebrows too. x

I’d recommend Clarins for the suncare, I’ve just got back from 3 weeks in Thailand and Malaysia where it was 35+ degrees with searing sun and not a hint of a tan on my face on my return home. Usually I get dreadful prickly heat from sunblock in high temps but not this time and the humidity was insane. Fab stuff, it sits well under makeup and it’s my new go to - well worth the investment.

Have you tried Altruist SPF? It's my absolute fave. My fave foundation just now is a £3 on from Primark 🤣 sits lovely on my skin. Perfect finish. I keep trying to find the double wear dupe but they never seem to have it.

Hi lovely, I'm 35 with acne too - I've accepted it 😂 it's part of life for me unfortunately but one thing that makes a massive difference to me is prescription strength azelaic acid either 15% or 20%. GP's can prescribe it and it genuinely makes a major difference to my skin in just a few days. I've tried lots of over counter azelaic acids, even the ones from 'online dermatologists' it's not the same. I've been through every acne brand there is and although some have made a difference, effaclar etc, the azelaic acid is the only thing that's made a huge difference. My dermatologist prescribes it for me but GP's can do it too. I'm currently using some stuff from beauty pie and I'm really enjoying it, including their SPF. I use cetaphil spf otherwise. A good trick that works for me to heal cystic acne quicker is to use squalane oil as much as you can at home/bed time and the acne patches too... I'm assuming it heals quicker because it's getting the acne/scar hydrated (? I'm not really sure lol) I literally have a bottle on my desk as I work from home lol. Anyway, you look lovely regardless 🥰 xx

Make sure you wait 10-15 minutes after applying spf to put on make up. My favourite spf is the garnier super uv which is about £12 but you can usually get for about £8 somewhere but I have a different skin type to you.

I have tried waiting, I did go on about that in the video but deleted it to shorten the video 😂😂 I think that’s the other one I spoke about, as I’ve been using the glowy version that just turned me orange so isn’t for me 😂

I use the Neutrogena hydro boost spf, it’s a good one!

Lovely to see you and listening to your life and your stories.. you set my Siri off asking about fat friends… 😂😂😂.. it’s so good to make me and I’m sure others escape our own troubles xxx I just use a sun lotion daily ..I don’t use any other products apart from bit of bronzer in the summer ..slimming clubs from the early 90s have destroyed my relationship with food I can only eat certain things I would love to stuff my face with a burger and chips but my mind would destroy me over it and make me do horrible things.. sorry to much information.. I just stick to fruit salad and other bits I know I’m safe to eat … I feel sorry for people using dating apps etc must be a absolute mindful xxx sending love and hugs

Try cerave for spf. It’s great! They have 30&50.

I also had nodulocystic acne treated with roaccutane so am careful with what I put on my skin. I struggle with eye creams! They all pill badly!!!

For the sunscreen pilling: I got the tip to wait about 10-15 minutes after moisturizing then spf then wait 10-15 minutes then foundation. to stop the pilling, every thing needs time to sink in. I found it solved my problem, maybe giving the things time between steps will help you.
